Just went on a non-busy, non-hot evening and honestly was disappointed. Ordered 3 blizzards, and at no point demanded they rush. They gave us 3 soggy cups of cream and when she flipped it to "show" us it was frozen, half of it dripped out on the ground. Take the time and freeze it or ask us to wait for it to freeze. I understand theyre mostly high schoolers and want to get off work as quickly as possible, but thats not an excuse for a terrible job.

I believe that once again, the store was having headset issues. One of the newest mangers was outside taking orders and running them in and by the time I got to the window ,my Fudge brownie blizzard was ready. That is customer service with a smile. The GM is finally making the changes need to be a great hometown DQ like before
