I am a regular customer at the South Church St Sonic, or was until recently. I ordered 2 super sonic bacon double cheeseburgers, plain. Just bacon, cheese, burger and bun. It was around 10:30pm when I stopped in, it was a late dinner night. When I got home with the order, we discovered that there was no bacon and no cheese on our burgers! I called up to complain because face it, $18 for 2 combo meals is pretty pricey. I was told that I had to come back in that night if I wanted to get my new burgers. Now it was very late, and I was very tired. Just wanted to come in the next day and exchange them. I was told that the Manager (Alan- I believe) has a strict policy that if customers do not come back in that day, that they would have to wait for coupons to be mailed to them. Now this is almost criminal as far as I am concerned. They took my money today, and they wont give me what I ordered for up to a week! I was very irate, but gave my info. The asst. manager assured me that they would send me coupons for 2 combo meals to make up for my inconvenience. Almost a week later, I finally received my coupons. Went in to use them and there was another issue. They tried to charge me $2 extra per sandwich for bacon, even tho I ordered the supersonic BACON double cheeseburger! They also had the nerve to charge me an extra 60 cents on the drink because I ordered 2 half lemonade, half iced teas! They said this same manager has made a new rule that if they have to go to 2 places in the tiny store to make the drink, then they need to charge for an add on!! This is completely crazy. This place used to have decent service, but lately they are only nickel and diming us and skimping on customer service. Absolutely horrid service!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese toaster with tots and a chocolate shake. I was sitting on the patio waiting for my food when I observed a server run food to a car right in front of me. She read the order "bacon egg and cheese toaster and sweet tea". The customer took the food and the waiter went back inside. 30 seconds later the waiter returned to the vehicle waving at the customer to let them know she gave the wrong food to her. At this point the food was already opened and the customer was examining it, as she looked to notice there was a mistake. The food was taken back inside. As I sat on the patio, I watched as they took the food from that bag, place it on a new piece of foil, wrap it up and bring it out to me. I asked the waiter, was that replaced, knowing that it wasnt. She said yes. I took the food and threw it in the trash and left the store. This is unsanitary and unsubtle to know that a simple mistake made by a sonic employee was not corrected properly. Is it that hard to take a precooked egg, bacon and butter soaked piece of bread and remake a sandwich thats not touched by another customer whos hygiene was very questionable? If youre wondering why I didnt ask for a replacement at the point of sale, its easy to say I have no idea how it wouldve been handled after calling them on their cleanliness. Trust I will be reporting this via social media. Disgusting that this seemed like a normal practice.

Well. Im here to talk about tonights service. And. Im only complaining about one thing. So. Me and my friend went there. And got food. And other stuff. And so. We told our person who was taking our order that we wanted a Reeses blast. And. Somehow. He just mixed it up. And asked for a beverage instead. So. We said Sprite. Well. We didnt know that the person probably didnt hear us correctly. But. The food was good. Its just that. When it got to the drink part. The person taking our order mixed it up. And. Didnt bring the blast at all. I know sometimes people misunderstand. But. Hopefully yall can get a better headset. Cause. I just dont really understand why the person taking our order would just change the drink. And ask for a beverage instead. No big deal. Its just that sometimes I wish people would just listen closely to people ordering. Cause. Spending money on stuff that you didnt order for is just a waste. So. I mean. The person bringing our stuff was excellent. She was so nice. And full of happiness. But next time. People taking the order needs to really pay attention. And listen to stuff. Thank you.

This location is not getting orders entirely right. I ordered tater tots to be well done, or crispy. They came to my car no different, quite soft and not well done, than if I hadnt have modified the order. I ordered extra ketchup, because I like that, and I got two packs for a large order split between two people. Before, in other visits to this location, I have received Junior Double Cheeseburgers in a greasy and not-done state. I have heard complaints from others who have visited this location, and Sonic restaurants in other counties usually get the little things right, have delicious food and drinks, and the food is done exactly as I should expect if I ask for reasonable things like well done onion rings or tater tots. Managers dont seem interested in getting the help to get the order right, after having inquired about the order with them. Im not interested in frequenting this location as long as their management and staff really arent working to get their orders right. Little things DO mean a lot!

Horrid. Got EVERYTHING wrong. Here was our order 1. Medium Popcorn Chicken Combo W/ Fries and Dr. Pepper 2. Route 44 (Large) Diet Coke 3. Kids Wacky Pack Meal Grilled Cheese W/ Fries 4. Vanilla Milkshake W/O whipped cream. 5. Medium Hamburger w/ Mustard And Ketchup Only, combo W/ Fries and Coke ------------------------------------------------------------------ Heres what we got. 1. Small Chicken Tenders w/ Tots 2. Route 44 Regular Coke 3. Kids wacky pack grilled cheese w/ tots 4. Vanilla Milkshake with whipped cream 5. Small Hamburger meal with everything on it, Except the mustard and ketchup. Medium Diet coke. 6. Random Extra medium tot?!? --------------------------------------------------------------------- This cost 30 DOLLARS. DONT waste your money here.

We always seem to feel bad after we eat there. Got a couple sonic burgers combos the other night. It was a matter of convenience with the curb service. The wife got sick and it was coming out of both ends of her a few hours after eating. I started to itch really bad for some reason and my stomach was upset most of the night. Maybe theres some kind of preservatives or antibiotics in the meat they use for their burgers. Next time well probably go to Burger King its much cheaper and have never had a problem. Thats the thing about fast food you really dont know what you are getting until its too late.

Rude high schoolers are the only people that work here. Always sassy with a attitude when you order. I know you hate your job but dont take it out on customers. Wont be eating here for awhile. Edit: came back now 3 months later still getting something wrong ordered a large said it 2 times and they bring out a medium meal. And leave out a corndog that I had to come back to get.
