First of all im sickened that I have to even give this review 1 star to even leave a review. After work my fiance and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before continuing our night. We order at the drive thur and the speaker is ridiculous you can barley hear what is being said when taking your order. It was repeated a few times and over and over again. So finally we drove up to the window and the cashier immediately he demands 8 dollars and some change for the order and we told the cashier that we think the order got mixed up because we cant hear what is being said over the speaker can you repeat what we have ordered. He said well she repeated it to you like 4 times! And continued to argue with us! We explained that the speaker is hard to hear and he still continue when his same statement "she said your order like 4 times" we told him all hes doing is arguing with us now. We told that boy were not paying for our food and he slammed the window shut... we drove off and my fiance decided to go inside to speak with the manager. Turns out the manager was the woman that took our order and my fiance told her about how terrible the speaker was outside and everything that had happened at the window with the boy. Her words to my fiance "im normally not the manager at this white castle i work on the highways".... meanwhile the boy and his co-workers were laughing in the back. The manager then gave my fiance a number 1-800 thecrave....... really?? This is the worst white castle ever.

Quite honestly this place scares me. Two stars for the two awesome employees but someone should tell Mr. Roach that him and his family should stop crawling on the floor and drink dispenser. The employees given me a extra burger (all cooked fresh) for me to basically hash about it. Not saying I took the free burger but it was good. #free

Usually its average for a white castle. Lately their orders at late night have been poor and getting worse. Drink orders are often wrong, cheese sticks come out broken, sandwiches are often burnt. If eating during the day everything is fine. Night time has poor service and its degrading.

White Castle is toxic. Ive never had worse food and the smell didnt leave may car for weeks. The meat is grey. That being said, if you actually like White Castle, this location is convenient, and seems well taken care of.

I love White Castle. If you also love White Castle, youll enjoy eating here. My only complaint is that 3rd shift seems to be new, or they were having issues with their ordering system.

Absolutely terrible, 1/2 of our order was cold, ice tea had chemical taste.druve thru personneeded retrained. Board of health needs to discuss drink procedures. Will not go again.

While its not the worst White Castle Ive been in, its also not the best - food is good, but I dont often eat inside because the dining area doesnt always look all that clean.

Dirty tables, dirty parking lot, dirty restrooms. Employees were just standing around physically grabbing one another and saying rude foul things and there was 5 of them
