we generally come here with our twins.a few times we have came here the whole service staff has been high as a kite. my favorite dish here is the hawaiian plate but unfortunately its always way too salty or burned. one time they served it so black another server immediately came and removed it. it was the same night they undercooked my fiances steak. (it was raw) when they brought the second plate as a replacement my food was undercooked. this recent time unfortunately the owners son seated us and asked us if we needed high chairs. we said yes. then he proceeded never to get them. my fiance had to to retrieve some. the owners son looked at us funny and just avoided us. he was very rude. they proceeded to forget my fiances fajita plate, just brought the toppings, then they brought the food plate but left out the soft shell taco shells as well.... we waited 10 minutes after the plate arrived we had to tell them. we probly definately wont be going back after this.

Have eaten here many times. Never really had much to complain about. Food is good and service is good. Prices are average. They also do a good job on to go orders if you just want to veg at home. You dont pay at the table though, they have a register and cashier. Ive had many a Mexican food meals and this place is bueno!

Always have great service, friendly waiters, and amazing food. Theyre actually really good at getting all the small details correct, like no bell peppers, extra rice, etc. Never had to send my food back or anything like that. Pretty good prices and easy to get in and out of. Definitely a shining star in Scottsburg.

Slow to take orders. Messed up the orders. Try to pay the waiter from the table and he shook me off a couple times. Traveling through will not stop again. My companion got sick from the wrong order. But didnt want to wait for another dish.

The staff was friendly. The food was served in a timely manner. And its not the best Ive had, but it was full of flavor and hot and I would most Definately eat there again. The atmosphere is colorful and fun. The prices are very fair

HEALTH ISSUE! NO hot water in the mens room!!!!! Which means that, if your waitstaff which is 80% male touched their junk and then served me. Salsa smelled a little musky; if you know what I mean.....it was home made.

Staying at the nearby Hilton Inn and we walked over to this great spot. Fast service, giant margaritas and flavorful food! We were very pleased and left happy. Highly recommend this spot to those visiting Scottsburg!

Had a wonderful experience waiter was somewhat hard to understand but met up w/ Martin a co-owner and he was a delightful person the food (veggies) were not greesie.. Grilled chicken was great. Ill be back!!

I love the food the prices and the atmosphere. They have the best adult beverages in town. There is a bit of a language comprehension barrier but they dont leave you until theyre 100% sure of what you wanted.

The Volcan has the best table presents that Ive seen in years. A must try. It comes in this lava rock bowel that feels like it was just pulled from an active volcano...tempature HOT.

Had the same thing at this and the other mexican restaurant in sellersburg. Sellersburg won. Fajitas a little bland and the waiter didnt want to do something so he just told me so.

Someone there took my $150 sunglasses when bussing my table. When I returned 10 minutes later I was told they were gone. I consider this theft and would give no stars if I could.

Food was good, Ive been to Mexican restaurants all over from CA to KS to El paso,TX. And its in the same quality. Good stuff. Waiter was friendly. I would recommend this place.
