Food is good over the phone customer service is horrible. Called an order in woman put me on hold and then proceeded to carry on a conversation with her friend in Chinese while I was holding. Apparently she just set me down on the counter. I could hear her laughing and talking and this went on for 10 min! Finally I hung up and tried back only to get a busy signal for 45 minutes. Finally it rang through and the same woman answered laughing and was like so sorry so sorry. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she got mad REAL fast yelled at me told me she was the manager and I "no complain everything fine." I could not get her to let me talk to someone else and then she hung up on me. The next day I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager and he wouldnt even come out of the back to talk to me. I waited 15 minutes and he still refused so I left my number with the hostess and he never called me back. I have never had customer service that bad from anywhere.

I do like buffets, and this one is okay. Some of the food was cold. I like fried rice, and their fried rice was very dry, so it wasnt the best. The price isnt all that great either. Tea isnt that great either. I will say the service was really nice. She cleared our table for each plate we used, and filled our drink up many times. Everything has to be just right with the food for me to really enjoy it for the price, and it was alright. Not bad, but alright.

Use to like going here but the last few visits I made have been horrible. Either there was barely any food on the buffet, or what was there was dry and over cooked. Tonight was the same way, and to top it all off the cashier said two words to me....$28.00 Dollars. Nothing more, she pulled out the to-go boxes and left me an empty bag to put them in and proceeded to talk and giggle with her friends that were there. I am done with this place.

Mings had a rough start. They got really good for a while, and now its disgusting, their entrance says it all! The floor is filthy the waiters need to buy an iron and get their hair cut! The guy on the grill looks clean though! Over all needs a major visit from the health dept!!

Ill put it this way... They put all the other Chinese Restaurants out of business in Mcminnville, except for awesome china woks carryout... Cheapest Chinese Restaurant ever, and food is awesome... $5 lunch buffet, drink included... Hammer

If you travel through the area, this is the best chinese buffet in the area. It is better than anything in Crossville and reminded me of the quality I am used to in Knoxville. We at on a Saturday during lunch time. Great price too.

The food isnt fresh, you can tell that the food had been sitting out for far too long. My Sundrop tasted as if it where Mello Yello. No, but seriously. It really did taste like lake water. DONT EAT THE SUSHI. Its also not fresh.

The foods decent but not worth the experience. The people who own this place are terrible to deal with. If you ever do have a problem here, youre better off leaving and never coming back.
