I ordered chicken and dumplings to go and the manager took my order. He was incredibly rude throughout the whole process. When I inquired what the estimated wait time was, he responded, verbatim, "However long it takes for them to scoop the dumplings into a cup. Why? Do you have somewhere to be?" in a dry, annoyed, and offensive fashion. I responded that I was curious since I was traveling and had many more hours ahead of me. He stalked away without responding. When paying, the woman ringing me up had head the whole thing and apologized for her managers behavior. This woman was very polite and kind, opposite of her manager. She then noted that he has made multiple female employees cry due to his stern and rude demeanor. This is a restaurant I will never go back to. If he treats paying customers like this, imagine how he treats his employees that he has to pay..

May have just caught staff on off day, but my wife and I stopped for lunch. Seated quickly and young lady took our order. But then we noticed several others come in after and receive their food. Our waitress was not around for some time, maybe 15 to 20 minutes. When she did reappear she avoided eye contact. When I was able to get her to stop by I simply asked for my check for the tea and soda, and to cancel the order. I will skip this one in the future.

Well first of all over 30 minutes to get my order. Second my chicken fried chicken wasnt fit for a dog but I ate part of it and lefy tge rest. Third I stood in check out line for 5 minutes only 1 register open waiting for lady to find prices on $.50 items should have gave to the person . Manager walked by my table at least 3 times and didnt even speak. So my experience was not good it sucked.

Good tasting Southern flavors, but over-fattening, over-sweetened and over-salted and corporate is most uncooperative in providing nutritional info. The Baked Apple Dumpling which is approx. 3,200 calories, could serve 8 or more! Nothing on their website to help one make healthier choices either. Youll have to research 3rd party sites for that.

As cracker barrels go this one is not much different. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever had. My only suggestion is clear out some of the gift shop inventory as it was super cluttered and when it gets busy you cant really maneuver threw to get in and out. Overall though its a great place to go. Awesome for families.

My family ate here and we all had good service. They were a bit stinghy with the jelly and Jam. Big servings of all dishes. Good service from waitress. Had a water spill which required a lot of napkins. Prices were reasonable. Bathroom clean. Many food choices on the menu. Love the veggie platter.

The food was horrible. The potatoes and gravey tasted and looked as though they have been sitting awhile. The fried chicken was not actually fried chicken; it was a breast Pattie that was flatten, breaded poorly and seared. Only good thing was drinks, biscuits, and coleslaw.
