Ive come here quite a few times. I love their seafood sticks. BUT we went there one time there were 3 left. I asked them to make more the rude girl said no. Thats the main reason I choose this place over china wind. The girl is ALWAYS rude to me. does NOT fill up your drink unless you ask or until very end of visit. One time I asked for a refill. She came back with my cup literally half full. Not impressed with that one so I didnt go back for a while. But when I went back all the food was fresh and delicious. My father and I really enjoyed it. That was as soon as it opened. So I advise any new people to go at 11am. But more than likely you will not get good service from her. She is always watching a movie on her ipad, so she will not be asking you if you need a refill or how your visit was. But overall well im going there today if that says anything. I love chinese food.

There is a female owner/server that is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She screamed at my son for grabbing an extra silverware set off a table and refused to bring any more food out for the buffet because it was 7:45 pm and the buffet closed at 8pm. We have been coming here for years, because its almost the only chinese restaurant in our small town...the other place is on again off again and has no buffet. The service has always been terrible, the rarely check on you or refill your drinks without asking. This woman has always been rude, but this was crazy...she even went into the back and started screaming in her language for several minutes. My son was too upset to finish eating. I dont plan on returning. The Asian Buffet in New Albany is 25min down the road and they are fabulous!

The only reason this place gets a 1 star is if the young kid working is your server. He will get you refills and cares about your experience. However, this place is the worst Chinese place you could go to. Overall service is bad, especially from the lady that owns the place. Food is usually not fresh. Paid $33 a few min ago, they were out of everything pretty much. I was so aggravated that nothing was fresh and out of most things normal Americans want. I got a plate with a stale eggroll, 2 stale crab Rangoon, and 3 cold stuffed mushrooms and then me and my family left very disappointed and $33 poorer.

The food is subpar at best, hardly ever fresh, and never failed to make me sick for hours after I eat. I will never eat here again. The staff try to be friendly but falls short. The owner is extremely rude and they consistently fail to put out fresh food, or refill drinks. Everytime I go in here I find either a hair in the food or dirty silverware. They do not care. Im ashamed Im giving them just 1 star... They deserve none

Awful service, you have to walk up to the counter, try to distract them from their cell phone, just to try and ask for a refill. They never walk around the room. They just sit there playing mobile games, loudly. The waiters are rude, the food is cold and not good, and the cost is still expensive for a buffet, let alone a buffet as small as this one!

Stayyyy away from First Yuck!!! If you like horrible service, food that is not fresh, dirty restrooms an owner who is on her phone yelling the whole time and asks for tips when you never get a refill or dirty plates taken then this is the place for you!! If you want fresh food great service then go down the road to China Wind.

Very bad and simply greedy service, never get drink refills after being being overcharged for it, even after asking for a refill, the waiter only fills the cup half way. The food is usually old and dry. One day I was even given a drink with a dead insect. Not going back, just terrible

The food is delicious, but the service is HORRIBLE. The owner lady is always on her phone yelling. It makes for an uncomfortable environment. If you eat in, I suggest that you get water and not pay for a soft drink, because they rarely give refills. Bathrooms are disgusting.

If the food is fresh its fantastic. They dont do a great job keeping the buffet full during slow times and getting a refill on your drink is like pulling teeth. The upholstery in the booths are in desperate need of repair. The seats are cracking and broken down.

I come here all the time, their buffet is not bad, you may have to ask them to refresh some items but they are not a huge resturant and just a few family members, the made to order items are great...very friendly..
