I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes, then i did not get what i asked for, and when I got back to my hotel to eat it, they put a ridiculously large amount of beans and cheese on everything along with old lettuce that was slimey, and cold shells that were soggy. I understand sometimes people get busy, but when i got up to the window the girl was rude, and they had their friends in the lobby after hours hanging out talking to them. I would give 0 stars if i could, by far the worst taco bell i have ever been to, and probably the worst fast food/restaurant experience I have ever had as well.

Went through the drive thru and service was very slow. It was slow with every single car in front of us too. When we got to the window, they didnt even have our drinks ready and they really werent in any hurry to get them either. They just didnt really seem to care much. The employee wasnt rude, but just seemed to be going through the motions. Our food order was all correct but the chips seemed a little on the stale side and all of our Doritos taco shells were crushed. This location has a lot they could improve on.

Facility was dirty. Order was incorrect. Waited 20 mins after complaining several times to get order corrected. "Corrected" order was also wrong, waited another 20 minutes. Girl on food line started crying after her manager whispered angrily in her ear and then slid what was part of my order onto the floor. Finally manager made food correctly and handed it to me without as much as an apology. I was not rude just smiled and walked out.

One car in front of us, we place a $24.00 order, wait 10 minutes and after returning home realize yet again they have left items out of our order!! It happens all the time, think about the amount of profit that it each year! I believe its part of Taco Bell training! Its been happening to all of us for years... never returning!

Food was great and staff was too. Prospective patrons please be aware that Saturday evenings there is a dress code in place. Camouflage tops and headwear for the gents and pajama pants and crocs for the ladies. Diesel power preferred.

At this one you actually get meat in ypur taco. At others i have seriously only had tiny amount barely 2 bites of meat all lettuce but here they make them right. Its about time lol. Thank you taco bell!!

Behind the counter it is extremely messy food is pretty much everywhere on the floor. Consistent problems with orders being wrong. The receipts are correct but items are not being made correctly.

You will sit in the drive through or in the lobby for at least 20 minutes if you go any time after 11 no one cares weather u get your food or not they r gonna go one pace and thats super slow
