This place is like Dumb and Dumber. The staff act like you arent there. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and there had to be at least 20 people in the kitchen. So we are waiting for a good half hour and they finally bring the garlic bread. 5 mins later our server comes over and told us that they burnt the garlic bread. Huh? We already got it. Another 40 mins passes by and we find out that they screwed up on the pizza and the waitress will give us a large for for the price of what we originally ordered, a medium. Meanwhile, their workers are looking behind there back making sure nobody is looking and taking soda from the machine. That was it. We finally got the pizza and left after an hour and a half. Should have been a 20 minute dine in and leave experience but no. Please dont go here.

Called to place my order and was disconnected during a recording and had to call back. Was given a total before i was finished giving the full order and had to stop the girl to give her the rest of the order. Got home (15 minute drive) to find that I did not get the 5 sauces I ordered and was charged for (I only got two plus one I did not order) and both of the pizzas toppings were pretty skimpy. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza but it seems like the last few times Ive ordered from them my order has not been correct or the pizza just fell short from the quality I used to get and expect.

Walked in and sat down for roughly 10 mins before finally walking up to front counter and asking if we were supposed to order there. The worker then rudely told me that I was supposed to come up first to be seated and pointed at the sign on the side door (we came in through the front door). At that time I told her that they probably should put the same sign on the front door as well at which point she rolled her eyes. So we got back up and went to another restaurant nearby which were plentiful to choose from.

Although a minute or two later than the promised time online (expected 10-15 mins later), the delivery girl arrived with a bright smile only asking for a signature on my copy and was surprised by a tip (sadly). She came back and asked if the tip was a mistake when I tipped over 20%. Kudos to the delivery girl for her honesty. Give that chick a raise right now. I have dogs. They barked the entire way through and she came back to ask. Integrity is hard to come by.

Food was great, server had some issues. Forgot my side order so I asked about it, finally got it after we were all done eating and needing to leave. She finally brought it out and made a big deal about how she gave us a lot of discounts. I was like we really actually need to go so she boxed it for us and asked if we wanted to go drinks, we said sure. Another twenty minutes pass with no sign of her coming back with drinks, so we just had to leave.

Drive thru is for picking up. Not ordering and sitting there while they cook your pizza. Employees dont care and let people sit there instead of asking them to move. The last pizza I went to pick up was lukewarm after sitting on TOP of a shelf while I waited in line for 15 minutes before getting out of line and going inside. Maybe a different pizza place next time.

Dining in here is horrible. You will be ignored to be seated and trying to pay. The waitress will ring up your order wrong so you get overcharged. No refills and no sauce on the pizza. Sauce is extremely watered down. Yuck! Do yourself a favor and go to the one Seymour.

Our hostess/waitress was excellent, she knew all the special and actual helped our family save some money.In room dining was clean and pizzas and breadstick came out in about 15 mins. Wonderful experience!!

Pizza is usually good and other stuff like wings and breadsticks tend to be good. Service and attitude of staff can be hit or miss at times. Other than that, its ok but nothing to write home about
