The organization of this store on a regular basis sucks and though its the only Burger King within 20 miles of me, I do go there once in a while. Its only been open two months and its staffed by incompetent bumblers including some pretty incompetent people as managers. When I walk into the store, I should within say 30 seconds be greeted by someone at the register to take my order. Instead, you might end up waiting 2 or 3 minutes to find someone that has their head not squarely planted in their rear end. Then to get your order right is nothing but a pain in the rear end. Its either that they dont have enough staff on site at the time they need it, but every time I have been in there the restaurant is less than half full and sometimes I am only one of three or four customers. Instead of doing their jobs, you have sometimes 2 or 3 employees standing around the sandwich line gossiping and talking instead of working. It doesnt take a whole lot of sense to work at BK obviously in this town. If you cant take a basic order of 2 Whoppers for 10 dollars, then there isnt much of a market for your employment. Incompetent managers and it took me one day about 15 minutes to get my order of 2 Whoppers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The people at the local level in Salem running this restaurant as managers and assistant managers need to be fired if they cant get their employees busy and getting things done. Not to mention the Coke dispenser half the time is spewing or out of product because some incompetent illiterate cannot realize that it needs to be changed once in a while and kept an eye on. Corporate management needs to come in and take it over for a few weeks and weed out the loser employees that cant seem to take basic instructions and do their job. Its already getting a bad rap around Salem for being poorly run even before I posted this comment.

Probably one of the most if not the most incompetent restaurant in Salem. From top to bottom they have no clue of how to work and make things work in their business. Managers are clueless and incompetent and probably should be shoveling dung at the circus. When it takes forever to get your food, thats saying something. I dont think its too much to ask to get a $5 to $10 meal within several minutes. Not the 15 minutes or more that I had to wait including waiting for someone to take my order. Seems they could also clean up their seating area a bit and keep things clean. This is a rather new restaurant opening November 2016 and here in May 2017 its already got enough bad marks from customers to already have a bad reputation. You would think that the corporate management of this outfit would actually bother to take note of all the complaints here and do something about it whether that is hiring new managers and employees etc. Making sure that jobs and tasks are delegated properly and people know what is expected of them. I know its not much when people are working for 8 dollars an hour, but if you want to make more money dont be a slob and actually do your job. Its not that difficult. Cambridge Hospitality that owns this location spent quite a bit of money to open it yet its been bad to worse for the last several months and incompetence and cluelessness seems to be the rage with the managers and Human Resources as well.

This restaurant deserves zero stars. I waited 20 minutes for my food and when I finally got it, They forgot my bacon cheeseburger. I went in to get it and waited another 10 minutes just to find out they forgot to make it again. Couldnt even get them to refund my money because the person at the register disappeared yet again. While all of this is going on, theres a tall guy with blonde shoulder length hair standing there doing nothing but saying," sup brah" to all the other workers that are trying to move around him to do their jobs. I was really looking forward to this restaurant, but now my soul is just crushed. I ended up with no burger and no refund. This occurred between 5:40pm and 6:10pm on December 14, 2016. I would not recommend eating here, as I will never eat here again. I would suggest that Burger King select new management.

Need to fire the day shift manager, I believe her name was Linda. The service was pitifully slow and I dont ever think Ive seen such incompetent management when it takes 15 minutes to get a Chicken Sandwich. Then when you ask why, its like you shouldnt be asking. Well gee, if I wanted to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich I would have went to a sit down restaurant and be served and its called fast food for a reason. The entire outfit needs to be shaken down and swept out because the managers and employees are practically useless. The dining room looks terrible half the time with uncleaned tables all the while the drink dispenser area is a mess and a bunch of people standing around behind the counter doing nothing. Its gotta to be the worst ran Burger King Ive ever seen.

Poor service, the store was filthy. Manager was rude. Your order was messed up. It took use 15 to 20 minutes before our order was ready. The food was cold. Over all it was a bad experience. Will never go back.

Ive been there 3 times. One time I sat in drive thru so long and no one was behind me so I backed out. The other 2 times my food was cold, not Lukewarm, COLD. Very disappointed. Probably wont go back.

Typically slow & food is cold. Not too thrilled the means restroom doesnt accommodate dads; no changing table for infants. Moms arent the only ones who change diapers you know.
