Tried to go on my lunch break. Huge line but I decided to wait it out. Waited in line for about ten minutes and finally made it to the ordering speaker. Waited for a greeting or anything, and sat there for 9 minutes without a greeting or anything . Saw two employees delivering food and both looked at me . Had 4 minutes left on my lunch so had to drive off. As I was driving off I saw an employee and said " is your ordering speaker broken ? I sat in the drive thru forever and no one ever took my order. " To which she replied " No its not broken, sometimes it just doesnt reset itself . And they get mad at me when I tell them customers are sitting there so I dont do it anymore, sorry . " Sounds to me like the employees that tAke orders dont want to do their jobs . Love the food, but I will not be going back to Seymour Sonic again. I feel bad for the girl , my opinion Is that the employees inside were being purposefully ignorant . They should have verbally checked to see if anyone was there at the busiest time of the day. The two people behind me left as well. What a joke.

Cheap and long lines. I stopped coming after the second time I had the same issues. You order a regular medium fry, you end up with fries that should go in a extra small fries container. Make sure you tell them no ice because its better than them filling the cup up to the brim with ice (unless you like that). Im talking about (no exaggeration) 85% ice and %15 soda. I waited to get my food for the second time around and what ended up happening was that I was the first car up front but all seven cars behind me got their food while I was still there waiting. I do not know what was the hold up because my fries were cold, soda was watered down, and my pathetic burger was cold. I think they switched management as a year or two ago as it was not like this. But you get what you pay for, Im only asking the management (Or owner) to not stiff the customer and work on quality control because you can definitely tell where it is lacking.

Great friendly staff. Freshly made food. Tons of choices, including smaller sandwiches, tons of specialty drinks, loads of dessert options... I am always greeted with a smile. They do need a new drive thru as theirs doesnt always work. So if you pull into the drive thru and are not greeted promptly, just pull into a stall and they will be right with you.

Over priced, hospitals serve better food, then this place. Also the kids dont bring their coins with them , they say o I have to go get your change , knowing that after someone waits that long, they will just tell them to keep the change. The only thing thats worth buying there is a cherry coke, they add the cherry flavoring .

I had my first and worst experience here :( I ordered a mini banana split, waited like 30 mins for it and then they didnt even give me a fresh one, it was totally melted. I was really disappointed to say the least. Thankfully I love their cherry limeades but it was sad to have such a memorable and poor first experience here.

Slow service, had order half right. Girl taking order wanted to argue about what we could have on our burgers. Had to ask for mgr who took our order correctly. Just still didnt get it right. First time to stop there. Last time we will stop there.

Took us 14 minutes to get a plain hot dog and a grilled cheese at the drive thru. At other sonics this takes less than 2-3 minutes.
