I honestly have to wonder if some of these positive reviews werent put in place by their own workers to throw off the curve of bad reviews for this restaurant. But that would mean they somwhat care about their jobs. I have a miserable experience every time I decide to take a chance on this place. I pulled in the drive thru once and had literally two cars in front of me and I was told to expect a 15 to 20-minute wait. So, it takes 10 minutes to serve a single customer? I went there another time and five of their workers were outside on the patio, cigarettes in hand, as four cars were lined up in drive-thru and not a single one bothered to go back inside to take any of the drive-thru orders. I have worked this job, this same job, up in Edinburgh and if I had forced people to wait the same amount I wait every single time I come here, I would have been fired on the spot. I love the food at Taco Bell. But its becoming less and less worth it for me to wait 20 to 35 minutes, like I did today, to get two items and be told at the window there were out of the third item. I have given too many chances to this place and have been let down and regretted it every single time. Seriously I hope it gets shut down and I hope all these workers are forced to get new jobs where if they dont produce results on time they get fired on the spot. Because thats how the real world works. This location has become a coddling place for lethargic bodies to show up and get paid. Im done with it. I would be sick with myself if I had the work ethic that these workers have.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken and cheese mini quesadilla with no cheese or seasoning for my toddler. We recieved a shredded seasoned chicken quesadilla. My husband went in to exchange it for what we needed and the manager DANIEL told my husband to check the screen after ordering... we did! It was rung up as mini chicken quesadilla without chipotle -how the cashier rang it up after hearing what we wanted. DANIEL then remade the same shredded chicken quesadilla with sarcasm.....! I went in to find out what was going on? What is so hard about this? DANIEL "educated" me that our order was rung up no chipotle when it doesnt come with chipotle and i should have ordered regular chicen not shredded chicken....... he said the cashier was new and didnt know the shredded chicken was seasoned.... i asked him "if your people dont even know its seasoned why do you think i, the customer, should know this?!" He sarcastically replied i got what i ordered! I told him i was already very specific and its not my fault your cashier didnt know! He finally said he would remake the order as it should have been then told me im not welcomed back.........!! I asked why im not welcomed back. He said because this will be the third remake and i took time away from other customers. I then asked him for the corporate number and his name after he gave me the corrected quesadilla. He replied his name was DANIEL and he will get the corporate number after hes done with the dinner rush... this was around 540pm.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The lady met us when we entered the parking lot. She informed us there is a 30 min wait due to only 3 workers. So far Ive counted 4 employees. Two of them are changing out the garbages. One other thing is they had the lights to the board shut off so it made it impossible to read the menu. If it wasnt for my pregnant wife craving taco bell, I wouldve went somewhere else.

Warning, do not stop here! 60+ minute wait on a carry out order before us, we accidently ordered before we heard that. Completely useless staff and multiple people walking out without their food. Lobby near close (10:45 PM wanted a quick takeout order) was a disaster after looking closer. Trash on tables, sticky floors. Would never recommend.

This place... Grrrr. Was told there was a 30 min wait, came back, told the same thing and cashier didnt hide his annoyance that I chose to continue (I had already paid via their app) and this Taco Bell has to be the worst at making the food right. Most times tacos are all tortilla and they inevitably get my order wrong no matter how simple.

First time I ate inside a Taco Bell in as long as I can remember. Phil, behind the counter, was probably the most cheerful fast food employee Ive ever encountered. At end of meal, he came by table and asked how everything was. We were really surprised at the level of service. He needs to be manager if he isnt already.

Slow service, but at least they dont run out of common stuff like beans or beef like the other crappy Taco Bell on 25th street. They screw up orders occasionally, but nowhere near as consistently as the 25th street one. Slightly more friendly, too. Food is okay if they get it right. Overall mediocre.

Ive had a lot of times where I dont receive everything I order and even though theyll replace it they should at least offer you a drink or your choice of an additional items of equal or lesser value for free to compensate the drive back to them (just saying).. Thats my opinion!!

Worse taco bell in the state of Indiana, waited 20 minutes to get my food, they screwed the order up when i got it, does not look like anybody has cleaned for hours every table dirty, condiment stand almost empty, just s sad excuse for a taco bell, would rate lower if I could.

Taco Bell in general has its problems, under paid staff and no food, dirty dining areas (and the back pre-areas). Recently I have been eating here on Lunch, they have improved and Im happy. Dont give up on Taco Bell on 46, it does have its moments but... they do get better.

This is the worst taco bell. For some reason I still havent learned. One time I waited for 30 minutes as my order was skipped over. Every time I come through the drive through, its at least a 15 ti 20 minute wait, if not longer, even when there are only two cars in line.

Crazy, crazy, crazy slow. Untrained folks on the register without help. Minutes to take an order. Mine was a bit faster, but person before me waited FIFTEEN minutes for her food. Its fast food. No one seems to be managing the store, at all.

They are never open when they are supposed to be open! They take 35 minutes to get you your food while only having 2 cars in the drive thru. This taco bell has the worst food!! If you want hood taco bell go to Clarksville or Greenwood!!

Very, very disappointed in the drive thru service. Pulled in, sixth car in line, and it took thirty minutes to get to the window. Their average was five minutes per car. This is a franchise that needs to get their act together.

The food is fine and the employees are very nice. The problem is you better be ready to wait awhile especially in the drive thru. I went at midnight last week and the whole place was closed. They need more help at this location!
