Every time I have been to the Seymour Taco Bell, they never live up to their standards. For example, my boyfriend and I went to Taco Bell tonight and I got a HALF POUND cheesy potato borito right? Well this supposed "half pound" borito turned out to be the size of a griller. I even tried to call to save the next dissatisfied customer some trouble and they didnt answer the phone after my calling them three times!! Then, I just kept calling because I was irritated by their lack of customer satisfaction. Im not one to complain about the "size" of my meal, but this WASNT the first time they failed to provide us with good service. People, or should I say little children, whom work there are entirely too rude. They flirt, sound vulgar, and neglect their customers nearly every time Ive been around. I love Taco Bell, but I will NOT be seen at the Taco Bell in Seymour, Indiana again. Simply a miserable experience. Management needs to take care of this or they will lose quite a bit of business.

So where do I start..... Well first off, the wait line in the drive thru took 25 min. Employees were texting and being VERY Unprofessional. My order was wrong so I then went inside to see if they could fix my order. As they are fixing my order which took another 20 min I observed my surroundings. I listened to employees cussing, I saw dead flies all over the floor, and the bathrooms looked like a tornado came through and made them a third world country. Long story short, this place is absolutely disgusting and do not come here.

OK so I go there tonight, ordered 2 Santa Fe Chalupas,nothing about it was Santa Fe may as well ordered lettuce Chalupas,thats pretty much all was in it,also order 4 shredded chicken quesadillas,and they were hardly any meat at all and froze over,and got 2 soft shell Tacos,and there wasnt any meat or cheese barely on there and asked for sour cream didnt get it,So I am very disappointed with my food and service...

They get my order wrong about 50% of the time. Most peoole that work there are rude or act like they are annoyed they have to work. The drive thru is a long wait and I still have to ask for correct drinks, AND they mess up my order. I do like taco bell food, but the service sucks and its always dirty. Its not been that long ago since its been remodeled, and Id take back the old store for better service.

Words cannot express my gratitude for this place. When God created this world, on the eight day that the bible doesnt mention, Jesus Christ himself made Taco Bell. Some of the greatest scholars on Earth for decades have tried to decode and resolve how Taco Bell is so perfect to the taste buds. They have not made any progress in finding such an answer beyond our own minds. America.

Looked like they had good working crew when I was in there. Although there was a young blonde headed girl that had side door opening talking to another gal about how she got stopped for drugs. Not sure if the gal was getting off or what. But not vary smart with the way things are today leaving the side door open. Easy way get robbed. Just saying ....

This is a decent Taco Bell. Ive been here many times and the wait is usually five minutes or less and Ive never received my order wrong. The staff is young and surprisingly nice. Please note, this location can get quite crowded with high schoolers depending on the time you go.

Only slightly better than the last TBell I was in but bathrooms are filthy. I got the sausage version of the grande scrambler so as to avoid the whole chunk-of-bone issue. The dead flies were disturbing as well as dried feces in the mens room. Disgusting.

Not sure what was going on with Taco Bell tonight, but we waited at least 30 minutes for our food alone with a whole dining full of other people waiting on food. Never had this problem before but tonights service was horrible!

Polite and patient even when a customer behind us in line was very rude to the boy taking his order. Service was good and food was good. Serving size is definitely better than most taco bells.

Long wait times(especially drive thru) and order is correct about 75 percent of the time. Still go regularly. Staff is very nice and will gladly fix any problems. Very accommodating!
