The pizza was not what I wanted. I asked for an Aloha pizza. I was told it was half off so I got excited about a $10 pizza instead of $20. But when I asked to sub the pizza sauce for BBQ, the micromanaging Owner/Mgr said I would not get the discount. When I came back to pick up the pizza I decided I wanted two 2-Liters of Coke. I asked for HotBox cups and before the worker could grab them, the owner said itd be $0.50/cup. I just paid $7 for 2 pops that cost $2 and youre going to charge me for your marketing cups that every other store gives away?? This will be the highest grossing store in the franchise if she doesnt piss off any other customer like she did me.

I just literally spent an hour at hotbox waiting for my pizza... Not to say that somebody called off, or was sick, which is not the companys fault. Though Im really hoping you did not schedule only one person to work today... I only ordered two slices of pizza. also, after about 30 minutes when a second person finally did come in, they spent the entire time texting on their phone... When you see the customers are waiting on you, you should probably focus on that. Im not even being selfish. it was just poor service. suffice it to say, at least the pizza was good. 3 stars for good food. negative 2 stars for poor service.

Do not eat here. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I worked at this location for a time, I would say if I didnt work there I would think the food is okay. Lets start the manager is never there. I worked with him on my first night for five minutes and never saw him again. However when the manager isnt there cleaning is neglected, flies get into the product it is still used so you dont waste the product. I felt bad for everyone who ordered from this location. I would never eat this food even if you paid me.

We ordered over an hour ago and we are literally a mile away. I called and was told the delivery guy had to go to Carmel 1st? Not for nothing, if I knew they send the one driver they have to Carmel....I would have picked it up 40 mins ago! Starving kids and the desire for warm pizza is going to prevent me from ordering from here again.

The pizza is average. We try to eat once and while here but, I am no longer a fan. We have given this location 4 tries. Food isnt horrible but, their Pizza isnt that great. They do have a clean location and nice employees but, we will no longer go here. There are other Pizza restaurants in the area.

A handwritten note with a coupon from the manager apologizing for a slow delivery that we didnt really even notice -- unheard of customer service and something I really appreciate. Very nice phone and delivery staff. In the world of delivery pizza, these guys are doing it right.
