Delivery takes one to two hours. The kid who answers the phone always sounds stoned and the last 3 times my order has not been correct. When my food does finally show up its cold. Last time I ordered breadsticks unrequested 3/4 baked. No joke they were so hard my great dane couldnt even chew them. Even though Im not a fan of papa johns or pizza hut and they are more expensive I will start ordering from there. At least my food will arrive hot and correct and I dont have to deal with bad customer service *update have them another chance. When you five them your credit card number they dont tell you that they write it down. I had my account hacked and had had go get new cards. When I asked them the next time to put it directly into the machine they told me their phones couldnt reach it so they had to write down all credit card numbers.* I will be contacting corporate as this is illegal to write down credit card numbers.

Love the food the issue is delivery... We put in order in December and it took over an hour and twenty min. to get to our house; by the way offed no discount... I thought it might have been a fluke until I called today to place an order. First it took me 8 min to place the order, then when I get done the person on the other line told me it would be OVER an hour before he got to my house. Do you only have one driver? Why can every other place get here in 20 min but you take longer and you are the closest pizza place. Will not order from here again. I will drive to down town and eat at the 10th street location. This place has lost my business... Bad delivery service, phone service, and management. Sorry I normally do not write these

I made an order for my family and the lady over the phone said she would call me back with the total. So about 20 min. Later I call back to see if they figured it out yet and they hadnt even started my order they tried to tell me they called me and they didnt! I also had a coupon and they still tried to charge me full price! They wouldnt give me a delivery time when I asked for it the boy on the phone just told me he didnt know how long it would take so I argued with him about it. Then finally an hour later I get my pizza. I will never order from this place again lousy customer service!

Had the kids at TKD around the corner. They were hung.... love pizza king so we placed our order! Person on the phone said 15 minutes.....Great! Showed up and nthe teenager smiled, giggled and said give me about 10 minutes to make it! WTF....they werent busy, backed up or understaffed! Just forgot to make it! Waited the 10 minutes (in the car with 2 hungry kids) went back in and was treated with a big lack of disregard. News flash...pizza is pizza... it service that sets you aside from your competition. I suggest a different franchise....love the pizza

Called in an order to CARRY OUT, gave the order, very unpleasant young man repeats order, I confirm, he says goodbye. I say "hey wait, how long until its ready?" He says "were not allowed to give times" ...what?? Who is the absolutely clueless manager who came up with this rule? Order a carry out, but let the customer guess how long its going to take before your order is read. What a genius. Adios, Harbourtown PK. Fortunately, the Cicero store DOES have a clue and were happy to provide a time.

Service is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E.!!!We are frequent customers. If they tell you a time, add at least 20 minutes. We ordered a delivery, were told it would be 30-45 minutes. 70 minutes later, we called and said they were just now working on our order and it would be another 30 minutes. We were like, what the heck happened to our order (we were hangry) and the girl on the phone said "WHATEVER" and hung up on us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Forget this place. Call Pizza by the Harbour.

Normally good for pickup. Went in to eat. Ordered baked spaghetti and meatball sub. Only 2 other people in front of us and 2 behind us. After waiting over 40 minutes I finally went up to the counter. They offered 20% off but hadnt even started my spaghetti. We left. Im okay with waiting but for me its about the customer service... come by and apologize, offer some garlic bread while waiting... but the manager said nothing.

Girl on phone was really rude and the I asked to talk to manager and she was just as rude and then when I received my pizza it look like they shook up the pizza in the box and when I called about yes they are fixing me a new pizza but the girl on the phone got smart and rude with me. I wish I could post a picture of my pizza but this site wont let me so order from other pizza king in Noblesville

The Manager on duty here is a joke. Dont bother explaining your experience unless you feel like being called a liar... Their 2 star review explains itself. I wont be returning, too many options in Noblesville to be treated with such poor service.. On the other hand, if youre on work-release and need a job, seems like this would be a good spot to submit your resume

Pizza King makes the best Royal Feast but they were very slow with so few people in the restaurant. The waiter forgot the usual: plates, silverware, napkins. Nice staff. The order was brought out without the silverware and plates etc. Had to ask twice for the "blue cheese dressing" my husband ordered to dip his pizza in. Their service used to be better.

Lady on the phone was extremely rude, hung up on me, then I called back wanting to know the wait time, and she says "oh sorry, we dont give out wait times" and hung up again...WHAT PIZZA PLACE DOESNT GIVE OUT WAIT TIMES?! and the pizza was the worst I ever had..will NEVER eat there again and tell everyone I know not to as well

The pizza is decent, but there is absolutely no way a large 2 topping pizza and an order of bread sticks should cost over $40. You might as well skip pizza night and go out to a nice steak dinner. Either that or you can get 4 large pizzas from papa Johns for the same price.

I sincerely apologize for the unsatisfactory experience that most of you have received at this store. Management has obviously been notified but it looks like nothing has changed. They will not be striving to make the changes necessary to ensure that this wont happen again.

Horrible service. Waited one hour still no food. Went to the front desk they told me they have no idea how long it will take. And they still charged me for my soda. When we walked out. Go to the downtown location there is a lot better service .

Called to place an order, the phone rang so long I didnt know if anyone was going to pick up. Then, the lady asked me to hold on a second and I sat there like an idiot waiting for 10 minutes to place an order for pick up. A little upset by this
