I enjoyed my food. I think the kids meal for 4 supposedly chicken nuggets, is ridiculous. I do enjoy all the extra details, you would not typically see at other fast food places. For example, mouth wash in the bathroom, mini cheerio containers for the babys. I do think however they could be a little more cleaner. The play area makes me cringe. You can see dirty built up dirt on the play equipment and inside the peak windows are all smudged with germs and mucus. The tables needed wiped down. However, I let the staff know about the tables and it was taken care of with in 5 min. The staff was courteous and I always enjoy going. Its just the small things I mentioned. Other than that, its a great place to eat. Little pricey for my likings. I dont think the chicken nuggets are work getting.

At approximately 0800, 01-29-14, I arrived at Chick-fil-A, proceeded to the drive-thru, and ordered a #6 with a medium Coke. I received my food & my coke, and continued home, eating my hash browns and drinking my coke along the way. When i got home and went to finish the rest of my breakfast i was surprised to see in place of my Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit there was chick-n minis. Immediately, I went to my phone, located the number for Chick-fil-A and called the store. Long story short, Scott, who I can only assume was the manager, actually came to my home and delivered me my Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit, 2 in fact and another order of hashbrowns. INCREDIBLE SERVICE, quite literally like nothing I have seen before!!!

Every dining room experience Ive had at the Noblesville CFA location has been horrible. Unclean tablea, no dining room attendant, and the counter employees are less than helpful when you need a sauce or drink refill. I always regret stopping at this location but I love the food. The last time I ate here, I was pregnant and alone with 2 boys. Someone came around to ask for refills and asked every table except mine. And yes I really needed a refill that day! The little things like this add up and dont match the standard of quality Chick-fil-A is known for.

Been to many Chick Fil As across the USA and this is one of the best ! Their customer service at this particular location should be the envy of other fast food chains. There is constantly someone cruising the dining area checking if your food is right, or do you need a refill on your drink and cleaning up. The grandkids love the play area and the free ice cream they always seem to offer children. Honestly one of the first reviews I have posted, but todays service prompted me to say " Its my pleasure " 1

Chick-fil-a is awesome. Best chicken nuggets Ive ever had. And bar-none, the most polite and friendly service you will ever find at a fast food joint! One time when I was at a Chick-fil-a, I was trying to open the door on my truck and dropped my drink. It busted all over the ground. B4 I set all my stuff down in my truck, one of the employees had run out, and was picking up the cup, and hadned me some napkins to wipe off my shoes. He said - BRB and within a few moments had brought me another drink!

I think it is good for what it is. I liked how I felt welcome in the restaurant from beginning and until I left. I never felt like the staff was just trying to take my money and throw me out. The food was prepared and given to me quickly. Im giving this place four stars simply because of the fact that the staff are kind and welcoming, the food is good, and because of how quickly the food is made.

Horrible service extremly dirty. Order usually wrong every time. As well as the last 3 times they have forgot the sugar for the sweet tea. Last time I took it up 4 times and they all 6 times screwed it up and I ended up just getting water. Horrible service. If you want good Chickfila Id recommend going to the keystone one. One of the worst Chickfilas Ive ever gone to in the last 35 years.

Slow, somewhat disorganized and many people had problems with their orders in the time I stood waiting for my takeout order. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich for one of my items. I heard from another customer waiting that it happens often so be advised to check your order more carefully than I did. I think they are trying but need to tighten up their operation.

Chicken nuggets are overrated they were the size of a quarter 6 pieces with drink and fries was not worth the money This order of nuggets look like a kids meal the frys tasted like they were old not crispy at all My spicy chicken sandwich and lemonade were good This was our first trip there and our last it was overrated and very expensive

I LOVE Chick-fil-A not just this location, but the franchise is great, but this review needs to focus on this store, right? Well, what can I really say? This stores customer service is top notch with very kind and patient staff members. I really do not mind coming hear to eat at all, if Im to be completely honest.

We love Chick-Fil-A, but this location is particularly pleasant to visit. From the manager (who we often see there, working right along with his crew) to the person who brings our food to the table, everyone does his or her job with a smile. Thanks for making our experience enjoyable.

Wanted to give them a 2.5 star review. Definitely one of the worst chic fil as Ive been too. It was extremely dirty the service was also very slow. The food was good as always just not the same service as others. Didnt live up to the Chic-fil-a standard that I know.

Our order was wrong. I waited and waited to have corrected, but was just ignored. I ended up just asking for a refund a walking out. Poor service, poor attitudes, and not a clean establishment. We will not be returning.

This is a great location. Food is consistently good and fresh. They are very accurate in the drive thru and dine in as well. Restaurant is always clean and staff is friendly as well. We are fans of this location.

One of me and my childrens favorite lunch spots. I love the valet option, too! Order your food in the drive thru, park and get your kids out then go in and they have a table ready for you with your food!

Love this place, friendly people and quick service. Try not to go during lunch hours ..the line could quite long but it moves quite quickly. The owner and staff are very friendly and courteous.

The staff was amazingly helpful and kind to my family. The sandwiches were excellent. We were able to stay for more than an hour and talk over our meal. Kids were very happy and ate a lot.

This Chick-fil-A has phenomenal service. Attentive staff, very quick food delivery, and a stellar drive through. Average time for me to get through is 4 minutes.
