I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today from the manager. He answered the phone and took my order. I asked for the $10 anything you want pizza on stuffed crust. All other chains charge a 2 dollar fee. He was extremely ruse and said well my store sure as heck wont do that so call another one. I called north river and guess what! ? Of course they did it be cause they want to take care of their customers and make business. Its no wonder they are always packed at the ns branches and the ss looks abandoned half the time. Hopefully that guy can change his attitude and start doing well for his store but until then Id rather drive the extra miles any day. Not even for the prices, its for the great care and quality. Im glad Columbia isnt the only one around.

Pizza Hut has screwed up online ordering service. I placed an order online with Pizza hut for one of their large 10 dollar pizzas. This was for carryout. I filled out all the required information online as a guest. I was given a confirmation number and was told a notification would be sent to my gmail account confirming my order/details. I never received the email so I figured my pizza order never went through. An hour later I called the store only to find out they had my order. The manager informed me that the ordering system is not in their control and they have had other customers that had problems with it too. I DO NOT RECOMMED PIZZA HUT AT ALL. I AM BLASTING THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. and in the end....I still dont have my pizza....damn AJ Trump

Very upset, this isnt he first time I have experienced rude behavior. After being out all day Pizza Hut is the only place with food open. A group and I were denied food for being minors. We are 16 and 15. Now they said they were sorry in customer service BUT IF YALL WAS REALLY SORRY YOU WOULDNT SAY WITH AN ATTITUDE " I DONT SERVE MINORS" THEN ROLL YOUR EYES AND WALK AWAY! In customer service you said that you were the only person working and that you felt over whelmed by 3 people, also there wasnt anyone else in the store and you can clearly hear workers in the background. I am never coming back, must be nice to lose money right? If you ever come to my work and ask for food I will tell you " I dont serve petty two faced people."

I went in to order and for pick up. I sat in lobby to wait for my order. I kid you not the guy who was making my pizza picked up his cell phone took the call and came right back to his station and finished prepping the pizza without washing his hands!!! So unprofessional, I asked the manager for my money back. She gave me a rood look and telling the employee next to her he did not do that and that wasnt my order anyways! I believe the manager could of tooken more of her time to please me and make me leave satisfied. But instead she gave me a rood look and didnt apologize for what happen. Never again will I go back!! Everyone really think of going in to order. So unhealthy for what the employee did not washing his hands!!

This visit happens to be the worst Ive ever experienced at a pizza hut. It was quite clear they had no wait staff, so one of the cooks was balancing kitchen and room. Problem, 15 minutes and the table was never cleaned, our drink order never given, and he sat more customers down. The manager, two kitchen staff and a driver were all that was there. I understand being shorthanded but tell us when we come in. We have young children, we cant sit for 30 minutes before we even get our drinks let alone put in a food order. Let us know when we come in whats going on instead of letting us guess. I hate walking out, but we had to feed our kids.

Bad customer service. Had to return my Pizza because they did not make it right. I ordered it with no tomato sauce. Manager kept arguing with me saying thats what it is with no tomato sauce! I have been ordering Pizza like that for 15 years and every other Pizza Hut makes it and it comes out right. But she stuck to her argument, making me feel stupid. Waiting to see if they refund my card. Went to the N River Pizza hut, they made it, and it was perfect! They even gave me the pizza for free for my troubles at the other Pizza Hut! How crazy! Dont go to Columbia Pizza hut!

I ordered online for delivery. They are 2.4 miles away from where I live. After waiting an hour since I had placed my order I get a phone call. They told me I was out of their delivery zone and that I could not get my order delivered from them and gave me another location that was further away and out of delivery range as well. Thankfully the second place was kind enough to deliver to me since the Columbia location was very rude to me and waited until an hour to go by to let me know I could not get my food.

Ordered delivery twice and both times the driver was over and hour and a half late and forgot part of my order, needles to say I canceled my order. Im sure pizza hut is always going to taste the same but their service is horrible. I completely recommend not doing business with this location.

I know the new manager there. He has been there since October 2008. They fired that guy that was such a jerk. The new manager has really started to turn things around. Unfortunatly the location is very old but it still has the charm of the old style Pizza Hut of the past. The food is great.

Wouldnt let us sit down and the entire place was empty and made us wait a good five minutes and walked us to a seat, later on our waiter accidently dumped a platter of dishes on the floor and the entire rest of the employees didnt even ask if everything was okay let alone help him. :(

We quit going to pizza hut a long time ago because our orders are never right. We decided to try it again. It was the worst pizza we have had. No top cheese and no extra sauce (like we ordered). We ordered 3 pizzas and only one of them was worth eating. Wont go again.

Weve used online ordering for years and its been great. The pizza and/or meal always arrived fresh and hot. In our multiple orders, there have only been 2 errors which were quickly rectified. I LOVE pan pizza and the "new" topping choices have made them better.

Terrible!! We got to the lunch buffet at 11:30am and left at 12:40. During the entire time there they never had any bread sticks and they only managed to make a single pizza, which was devoured when thin seconds by family of rednecks from Arkansas.

Ordering Online was HORRIBLE!! I ordered my pizza, online, at 6:35 pm and did not get it, after calling twice, until 8 pm. It was warmish, almost cold, not hot. Very disappointed. Will be telling all my friends never to order from here online.
