I was very disappointed. We came in tonight with my family for a birthday. Our waitress was not very good at all. Never around and forgetting things. I had to seek her out to get refills on my kids drinks. Then it took her another 10 minutes to get them back to my. My little ones dont know how to wait and got very upset after about 5 minutes of them not coming back. My mother had to go get her to bring my kids drinks back. I would have looked past it had the place been busy. But there was no more then three tables the whole time we were there. The food wasnt even that good. I will stick to the one in Hudsonville.

Really this should be a 0 starts. I ordered a pizza for my kids @5:15 before I left to bioife. There was no food in the house. I was told the pizza would be there @ six. Come home to find out my kids were put to bed with PB&J because the pizza never came. Went into my call log hit the last number dailed. Was told i must have called the wrong pizza hut. Even though i walked through the hole delivery process and confirmed my address twice! Because i could not confirm my order thay would not fix there mistake. I will never order from pizza hut again.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery and was told it would be 30-40 min. After an hour and a half of waiting I called to find out what was taking so long and was told they only had 1 driver and it would be another 15-20 min. Why was I not told this when I first called!? Also why was I not offered a discount at this point? Almost 2 hours after ordering I got my pizza and breadsticks (paid full price) and I had to put them in my oven to warm up because both were cold. Not happy with the service!

Ive been in here a few times and sometimes it doesnt take long and other times it takes way longer than it should. I ordered online about 30 minutes before I went to pick it up one time and waited another 10 minutes when I got there, and it still wasnt ready. I had to walked out without getting my order.

Walked in for a few pizzas on Friday night at 9. We were the only group in the restaurant. Food took 45 minutes, the check an additional 20, and my card was charged twice.

Traditional old school Pizza Hut. Brick building, salad bar, and a nostalgic vibe. The pizzas greasy, but good if you like it that way and the salad bar was fresh.
