Horrible. Always something wrong with my order. My pasta and drink that I ordered was crap. First off I didnt order Diet MD. I ordered regular. Then my pasta was gross. Barely any sauce, pasta was burnt, & the sauce tasted horrible. The manager was very rude when I called to tell them. I was constantly cut off by him then hed turn around and ask what was wrong with it. I said are you going to let me speak? He said the pasta was made today thats how we make it. I was like BS cause I love the pasta and its never tasted like this. Idk how many times Ive had problems with this Pizza Hut. I like Pizza Hut though and the next one is on Jonathan Moore Pike unfortunately. He said what do you want me to do? I said you can come get it and refund me (Ive had problems in the past with a manager who told me I was trying to get free food even though I offered to give the shitty messed up order back). He said no Im not sending anyone to get it and Ill credit you. My order was almost $15 and I got credited $10 which means I have to pay for delivery and my drink again (two liters here are $3). After I use my credit I will no longer eat here. Over it. Every single manager here seems to have a stick up their ass cause theyre all rude (the ones Ive spoke with anyway). They never take responsibility for the orders they continuously mess up. Its always the customers fault. If you order from here be prepared to raise hell if your order is messed up and you get a bad manager cause theyre so rude here. Must be something in their water.

Pizza Hut is something that my family likes not only in the US but in India as well. However, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at the National road outlet. I had a carry out order and the staff at the desk was totally unfriendly and cared less for the waiting customer. I was charged more than what was shown in my online receipt despite my showing her my phone. Then when I asked another person, they realized it was a mistake and offered me a 2L soft drink bottle which I had to take eventually though I had not planned to get that. It was an awful experience in addition to the delay in the delivery of the order. There was a 40 min time for delivery for the order and when I reached I was made to wait for an additional 20 mins before I got out. I have never felt more unwelcome anywhere else. I would have given a 1-star if not for the pizzas that we love. I will seriously think hard if I have to go back again.

Ever since I was a kid I LOVED spending my allowance on pizza hut.. all of my allowance now? Its no longer a fluffy pizza pie of awesome taste...now the cheese Barely raised off the crust, sauce tastes like nasty old stuff sitting in a pot for a week or two...the breadsticks are always stale or burnt and nasty . What happened? If you wonder why you as a company are losing money at this location try the service when they dont know you are coming to evaluate the service. Nasty pizza now to the public bet they make it perfect for corporate. Lucky bastards. Papa Johns or little ceasers is waaaaayyyyy better. Dont waste your money or time here.

I usually love pizza hut but this is the worst pizza and worst service Ive ever had. My stuffed crust pizza was as crisp as a chip, one of my pizzas was burnt and both were inedible. I called the store only to be told thats how they make stuffed crust pizza and was argued with when I told her Ive had stuffed crust pizza before and this was not it. I was only offered to have it remade if I brought it 15 min back to the store, they wouldnt deliver or offer a refund. This is the 2nd time Ive had poor customer service at this location. I thought the 1st time was just a fluke, but after this, Ill never go back.

No good. Called to make an order. Automated music/ads for 10 minutes. Someone finally answered and asked if they could put me on hold. Haha! So they put me "on hold" again except this time "on hold" meant them hanging up on me. Ok. Submitted the order online. Said it would be here at 5:13pm. Gets here at 5:44pm. Delivery guy was nice - he said he was the only driver tonight. He said when he showed up for work at 5pm there were 10 deliveries he was supposed to make and he told me: "Im not superman!" Felt sorry for the delivery guy and gave him a decent tip still. But this place needs to get it together.

Called to place a carry out order..was put on hold for 15 min. Called back was put on hold another 15 min. Called one last time they finally answered and the lady got hateful and said you know we close in 15 min. I said you know ive been on hold for 30 min. I was spoken to with a very rude tone. I wanted to hang up but I already had gave them my number. Ill never order from the pizza hut in columbus again. I was almost afraid to eat it thinkin the lady I talked to could have spit in it. Never again!

Really bad. I walked in with a credit because my pizzas were wrong last time. both were wrong this time too. I wasnt alone . I was in line with 3 other customers there tonight whose orders were wrong. I thought they fixed mine until I got home to find out these were also wrong. I ordered pan pizzas and got thin crust. And they were really bad.Skimpy toppings. So, all together my last two visits I ordered a total of 4 pizzas and they made 6 wrong. Sad. I guess its Papa Johns from now on.

if anything in this world were better than bacon it would have to be when i came here and recived bacon upon my pizza. I dont get out very much and so i dont get to have pizza a lot. Also, i like bacon and pizza hut gave a me a lot. he lighting was so perfect in the resteraunt that i became mesmorized with the vending machines. I like gumballs. Also bacon on my pizza is the bomb dot com and i would love to eat here again with 2.6 seconds if given a two weeks notice

Very poor customer service -- not even deserving of one star. They refuse to deliver to homes that are 15 minutes away from the restaurant, even if the homes have a Columbus address. When the manager informed me of the delivery policy, he had the audacity to tell me I could drive 15 minutes to the restaurant to pick up the pizza, even though they were not willing to drive 15 minutes to deliver it to me. Do not order from this restaurant.

The ultimate cheese lovers pizza was delicious with bacon cheese stuffed crust but online said it is 19.25 after taxes. I brought it home and it looked smaller than the large sized pizzas. I honestly think for this kind of pizza is TOO way overpriced even for the carryout! I dont recommend pizza hut for selling this kind of pizza for near $20! The pizza itself was thin as well. It should be at medium pizza price, not large pizza. =)
