Ive been coming here for a couple years and keep coming back because its close to where I live and the food is generally good which is why this location isnt just getting one star. The staff here has always been rude and impatient and make the ordering process very uncomfortable for the customer because you are made to feel like a burden. I thought maybe it was a one off thing but its consistent across the board that most of the employees at this location are clearly unhappy to be doing the job theyre doing. Ive been to other locations where this is not a problem and if I lived closer to any of them I would go there.

Lady making food was rude. Didnt smile once, never greeted us, as well as very skimpy on how she made our bowls!! Very disappointed. This is my favorite Mexican joint. She just reminded us how greedy & disrespectful this world has truly become. But as we went to pay for our to-go order the young man at register was awesomely amazing.. Very well dressed, politely smiled offered drinks,etc.. If she could have been more like him it wouldve been an amazingly great trip.

When this place opened it was good but really has dropped the ball since then. Service is fine but its always a gamble your food. Will they actually give me enough chips with my queso? Will they skip on stuff because theyre running out? I like qdoba but this location needs to step it up if they want more business

Foods great!! Staff is the problem, cant say its ever been awesome staff wise. Its always social hour there and the dude who is always working is always flirting with the girls. Extremely unprofessional environment. Charlestown rd will get my business.

Spent 25 mins waiting to order my food. Line was kinda long and moved slowly. Ordered a burritto, nachos, chips and queso with two drinks. Cost $25!!! I should have went to a nice restaurant for that price. Food was ok but not worth the price.

Ordering online is pointless if you still have to wait in line for your food 10 minutes after is had been ordered. Also, they believe you get nachos without the actual chips.
