Growing up, my dad and I would have lunch at the Burger King just up the street from us at least once a week and I can never really remember getting a bad meal there. My favorites have always been the Whopper and the fish sandwich. When theyre served hot and fresh, in my opinion theres not another burger that comes close to being as good. For the last 7 years Ive worked in Sellersburg and have frequented the Burger King there and quite frankly the food, and the service have become terrible. Each time I go there for a sandwich, its a crapshoot whether or not my meal will be hot and fresh. Most of the time its merely luke warm like its been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period. I usually pick my lunch up just as they are ending breakfast so you would think that if someone ordered a burger at that point it should have just come out of the broiler. The service has also gone downhill. Instead of a friendy greeting by the person at the window, they simply blurt out your total and hand you your cold food without even a thank you. There have been times when I was handed my food and have had the window shut in my face. I wont be going back again.

Do not bother stopping here right before they close the dining room at 10:00 p.m. unless you are getting your order to go. Go to McDonalds or Taco Bell across the street. Arrived at restaurant at 9:50 p.m. The cashier informed me that my order would "have to be to go". Not realizing the time, I inquired as to why and was told they close at 10:00 p.m. Considering most similar establishments are usually there closing down after hours anyway and typically still have the dining room open until the last customer leaves that arrived prior to the 10:00 p.m. closing. I figured, if they do not want the business, I will go to McDonalds across the the street. Which I did and was satisfied with the customer service there. I recalled this had happened at this location one other time when I was with a church youth group. It made me realize why I do not patronize this Burger King. Apparently, they do not go buy their customer service motto of "Have it your way."

Im beginning to think that this establishment is in partners with McDonalds because every time I go there between 8pm and 10 their shake machine is either "being cleaned" or "is broken" this time it was down for the night. I understand that everyone wants to get off work at a reasonable time but I find it a bit ridiculous that you have to take it down over an hour before close and even more ridiculous that I havent been able to get my oreo shake fix at this location (closest to my house) in forever.

My husband and I took our daughter through the drive through this afternoon for lunch, we pull up to the speaker were my husband asks " can we have a min to order please" the employee working the drive through asked my husband 6 times withing the two min of looking at the menu what we wanted then he began too yell at my husband so we went too McDonalds. I do not recommend this restaurant too anyone.

Do not go here! Both times I have gone here my order has been old and the employees have been rude. I got chicken nuggets that taste like rubber and fries that were super stale. I would have turned around but I had already got on the interstate. Prepare to be disappointed if you go here.

Usually not very busy . Drive-through service is excellent in the morning and can be at night but not always . Food is usually very good and served fresh and hot . Getting back onto 311 after leaving can be a nightmare at certain times of the day

Food was fast. Oops, for got the bacon in the bacon cheese burger, so they gave us additional bacon cheese burgers "with bacon" when we just asked for bacon. Filled us up to eat it all.

I like the atmosphere here, but some of the staff could have had some better training. Ive had multiple times when my order was not correct, and they messed it up trying to fix it.
