I live around this area and have been comming to this taco bell since it was built. I hate comming here and the only reason I do is because my wife wants too sometimes. This place is absolutely disgusting inside with almost every table dirty.. Its not like this some of the time its like this all the time now.. In the past 4-5 years since the last good manager left this place has turned into a dump.. I kid you not that this place has made me sick more than once.. If they keep their lobby like this I can only imagine how disgusting it must be in the kitchen and lack of responsibility in making sure the food is fresh.. They never prep the food properly anymore as well.. They dont even know what tomatoes are and when you pay extra for sour cream you get a drop.. If i could give 0 stars I would.. Taco bell corporate needs to get with it and start taking responsibility for this crap hole of a restaurant..

ZERO SERVICE! I"VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. Went in this morning, no one cooking food, no one taking orders. After waiting approx. 3 minutes (in awe of the negligence), an employee walks by and ignores me. She disappears for about 30 seconds, comes back out and walks by me again like I am invisible. I asked if there was anyone taking orders. She stared me right in the face and said "SOMEONE WILL BE BACK IN A LITTLE BIT"... Are you kidding me? She then proceeded to leave the building, get in her little blue car and leave. I would love to tell the GM but I am pretty sure that is root of the problem, usually is in food service

The blonde haired trashy tattooed lady who always sounds fake and sarcastic at the drive thru? The reason we will never come here again. Ive filed a complaint with corporate online about the how rude she was, because she had to enter my card number manually. Not to mention the horrible sloppy quality of food. They will see what happened. The food looked like itd been tampered with or something, I didnt take one bite I just threw it away. Too bad there isnt a 0 star rating. She threw a conniption fit because of the manual entry and called me a prick afterwards. A real winner, her.

We placed an order and we were missing an item, so I ask for it and they said they were going to get it, 5 minutes passed and we saw no one was working on it and no customers were coming in after us, so I got up and asked again and only the person who took my order was working around, there was 3 employees looking something in a cellphone by the kitchen, so my husband cancelled the order and got a refund for that item and a sorry

Dont get me wrong, I love taco bell! If you want taco bell but dont actually want what you order and wait the same time you would at a sit down Mexican restaurant then this one is for you! I would and have driven to other cities just to get my fix.

I love visiting this taco bell, simply because they get my order wrong most of the time resulting in free food haha. The staff is generally friendly but could be better if they didnt treat you like your just another extension to their day.

The food takes a little longer to come out than it usually does at Taco Bell, but its worth the wait. First time Ive ordered a cheese quesadilla and had it made correctly. Pants down the best tacos bell Ive ever had. Pants down.

We have been here many times...and they are always very slow. Not sure why, but once we waited more than 30 minutes in the drive through...and there were only 4 or 5 cars in front of us.
