I dont know what has changed in the last year but I will not be going there anymore. The service sucked. Evidently the waitress thought it was more important to talk to her friends than to wait on my daughter and myself. And to make matters worse, they were talking louder than the tv. I had to keep raising my voice to be heard over the yapping. I love this place! My husband and I have been going there since it has opened. The waitress doesnt bother giving us menus anymore cause they remember what we get each time. They are always ready with our coffee and coke. The owners could be more friendly though.

Great food, great price. Only complaint, I gave my 22 month old Son a dollar bill. He dropped it, before I was able to retrieve it the skinny blonde waitress working today June 12th 2017 around 1 p.m. to 1:30 time frame kneeled down and snatched it up. I thought she would give it back to my son, but no she acted like it was hers and walked off. I wont be back here. If they didnt have a thief working for them, I would gladly come back. She stole from a 22 month old child.

Dont order carry out. Everything was like warm, waffle mediocre and I was given grits instead of gravy for my breakfast skillet. When I came to pick it up, I never got greeted because the hostess was busy talking to her friend. I called twice until someone answered and I let them know, no apology, poor customer service. Two stars is being considerate.

The food was average at best. The hash browns ere over cooked to the point of being inedible. The omelette had cheese in two clumps instead of being distibuted even close to evenly. The waitress failed to refill any drinks only returning to the table after i had almost totally completed the meal. Bright side she brought he bill when she came.

We do not reside in the Boone County area any more, but we do still own a property near Western Boone High School. Anytime we are in the area we have breakfast at the Flap Jacks!! As always we have a great meal and excellent service!! Have never had a non-excellent visit to this place! Thank you for a taste of home away from home!!

This restaurant does have a different owner from the flapjacks in Whitestown. While they share many similarities, I have found that the service is what is most lacking at this establishment. Ive been here twice and both times service was not only slow but the waitresses never refilled any of our drinks.

Humongous servings, incredible food! The owners Patty and George are some of the nicest and friendliest people Ive ever met. Really try to connect with their regulars. Large expansive menu catering to any craving. Definitely worth stopping by. Quick, but genuine service. A staple in Lebanon!

We came here for breakfast on Black Friday on our way to the East coast for a Thanksgiving vacation. The price point was perfect; 5.99 for two eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes. The food was great. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Would definitely come here again.

This was awesome! We tried Dennys first & left after waiting 45 for our food. Went across the road to Flap Jacks & were in & out in under half an hour on a very busy Sunday morning. Food was excellent, prices reasonable & service top-notch.

Easily accessible from I-65, great food, and very fast service! We got an omelet and country steak skillet, and were in and out within about a half hour. Well definitely stop here again if were in the area!
