Normally great experience, 2/22/2016 I ordered and didnt receive what I asked for. I was given a substitute side that I dont like because they were filtering fryers. Why would you not inform someone that they cant have what they ordered. I was even parked at door due to no spicy strips and had to wait. All that time and no one thought to say anything, but try and push bullshit onto you. Bad form and it makes me angry.

This place is TERRIBLE! The customer service here is insanely bad. The food that they did give us when we finally got it wasnt that good. They couldnt have given worse service if they tried. This is only the 2nd time Ive ever had popeyes. It might be the last.

As far as fast food goes, this chicken joint is truly a hidden gem. The artwork, tiling, and lighting are incredibly upscale, while the eats are pure indulgent comfort food. The restaurant is always spotless and the staff is courteous and up beat.

Love popeyes, but this one needs to improve quality. Food wasnt good. Nothing wrong with service, but chicken was dry and sides werent up to par. Come on guys , get it together.
