The Lafayette Chipotle location is awesome! As per our sons request, we recently hired them for his wedding rehearsal meal. Lafayette Chipotle was extremely easy to work with...from the ordering, arranging payment and pick up and the exact time we needed. The food was wonderful and everything we needed was included, even down to the exact number of serving spoons. The food was hot and ready at the exact time it was needed, even though it was during their busy time. The set up was super easy and it looked very professional. Everyone at the rehearsal dinner truly loved the meal! We had some leftovers, but not so much that I wish I would have ordered less. Everything about this catering experience was spot on! Thank you very much to Jusin and his team. They did a great job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I stop here once every other month when passing by on I65, and it usually is during lunch rush, but they always seem behind and understaffed. Also, and this maybe a pet peeve, but I found it very off putting that there were more than one team member behind the counter in short-shorts. One appeared to be the shift manager, who was clearly not in a good mood. Again, not like a food safety issue, but I dont think you would want to be working a grill or food prep in general in shorts.... If they are not out of meat, the food is very good though.

Best customer service ever. I had to wait a few minutes to order because they were waiting for a batch of chicken to finish cooking. While I waited they gave me a free large drink. Then once the chicken was ready, someone came out from behind the counter and took my order, prepared it and ushered me to the front of the line. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You guys rock!

After 10 months of not going back to this location I gave them another try today,much to my surprise same bad service. I place an order online every time, get to the location , and my order is not ready and have not even been started on. No apologies ever. So not ever again would I spend my money here. Does not matter how good the food is when you get bad service.

We often stop at this Chipotle when traveling. It is delicious! They give generous portions, and there is never a long line. It is always clean, and the servers are friendly. I had to give it four stars instead of five because the bathroom didnt have a changing table, and that drives me nuts! Im not laying ny baby on a cold dirty cement bathroom floor!

Really picky now about food safety. Manager is constantly running around checking food temps. Never had an issue here, and with the added food safety protocol, probably the safest place to eat in town. I had to wait five minutes for chicken, and they comped my meal without even me saying a word.

I love this restaurant because they have fresh organic food and gluten free choices. I asked about the taco shells to see if they were gluten free and the clerk did not answer until she was sure of the information. I appreciate their accuracy of information.

I love chipotles food and their chipotle Tabasco hot sauce. This time the burritos were not quite as big or full as some times in the past. Not sure if it is just this time or this specific location. Still great quality food with plenty of healthy options.

In my weirdest (pleasant) experience to date, the manager of the store called to let me know hed found my purse and that he was waiting for me to show up to collect the item. Such service, coupled with healthy, well-seasoned food will count for something.

Great place!! Eat there a ton, but they use WAY too much cilantro in the white rice....sometimes its great other times its green with just a hint of white rice. Just be consistent is all I ask.
