Love Chipotle, but this location is staffed poorly. My daughter ordered a bowl with no beans, but they put beans on it. When we got to the register she told me the girl put beans on it when she asked not to. I told the cashier, and the cashier copped major attitude, dumped the bowl in the trash and yelled down the line "She didnt want beans!" Embarrassing for a 13-year old, thank you. So another worker made her bowl, and she went down the line naming each thing. The kid put corn salsa on when my daughter said mild. And we later found out we were charged for guac but received none. Three separate employees had errors. The location on the east side is always flawless. Will not be going to this location again. Updated visit 1/20/16... Still a terrible location. I understand the lines, most Chipotle locations have them. But how can you run out of key ingredients at the beginning of your dinner rush? Fryers were broken, so no chips. Ran out of chicken. Completely out of brown rice. When your menu is limited, you must stock the few ingredients you do have. In line about 20 minutes and worked our way about 60% through the line when they announced no rice. So we bailed. Two visits, bad experiences. Im now certain this is a management problem with this location.

Awesome food, my family had been coming here from the beginning. The staff greets us with a knowing smile, the manager has grown up with our kids (he started on the front counter, our boys were in high school, now they are in college and he runs the place). Sunday night is always packed (Purdue food service shuts down after lunch), yet the line moves fast and we always get a table. Love that fact you can get a Vegan Burritos, and the rest of the family can get what they want too. Never had a bad experience here... and we come here a lot. Then Ice Cream at the Silver Dipper, what more can you want. Parking can be an issue, but if you just wait, a spot will clear.

I like Chipotle so no complains about the food. They serve awesome food as long as they have all ingredients in stock. But this Chipotle at Purdue is too popular so they are always running out of everything! Entering this year. The average waiting time increased to about 60min during rush hours and after all that waiting theyll tell you sorry we dont have lettuce... It happened 3 times in a week for me. I feel so disappointed about this place because it just happens too often. If you like Chipotle, grab your car and drive to the Lafayette one. Its only 15min driving. Itll save you a lot of time and most importantly, wont disappoint you.

My daughter was getting married and she wanted a small reception, so we decide on Chipotle catering & it worked out wonderfully!!! We got the "Big Spread" which was PERFECT!!! A lot of our guest were surprised & happy to see Chipotle being severed at the reception. It was a great success!!! Id like to give a special thank you to the staff at the Chipotle in Lafayette, IN (SR 26) for doing a great job on our order and for their friendly, helpful service! I would highly recommend this Chipotle location and Chipotle catering for any event!!!!

I always have trouble deciding between chipotle and qdoba, but I just got done reading an article that says the meat suppliers of chipotle are all farms that treat the livestock with care and have humane slaughter methods. They dont really advertise this, but it definitely wins my vote. The food is excellent, too! haha, if youve never been you should try the burritos. :)

This place is the best Chipotle Ive been to within the 3 neighboring states. The staff is really friendly and professional, and they do a great job keeping up with the unusual spikes of customers at lunch and dinner times.

The place is always packed. I went at least twice, and I was not impressed either time. The steak, which costs extra, is very tough and gristle-like. Also, its nearly $10 for just a burrito. Go to Qdoba.

Hours are; 11am-10pm everyday. I think its a fairly good value. Youre going to drop a min of $6 here no matter what you get. Great food though.
