It was really out of whim and convenience that my friends and I stopped in to Teriyaki Japan as it is brand new. It was very nice that the first they did was offer a sample of their teriyaki chicken, and wow, I was definitely convinced even at that point. They have all sorts of teriyaki, and I really hope it is all as good as the chicken and rice that I had. Each teriyaki orders comes with a choice of fried or white rice, and they ask whether you want veggies with your meal or not. My friend exchanged his rice for udon noodles, and I think that is a very good choice. I think it was only 50 cents extra for the exchange. It is about six bucks for a meal there, and you can double the chicken for an additional dollar. If you do, be ready for a lot of food! I got one meal with extra meat and I was able to share it with my girlfriend and we both got full. All in all, it is a very good place to eat if you are in the mood for some delicious teriyaki... and it is fast enough that you can pick some up on the way home, like I did. Faster than the last time I went to McDonalds, and definitely better for you, with the veg, and tasty!

My girlfriend and I visited this place one day after receiving their coupon mailer. The coupon we wished to use was worded "Chicken Teriyaki combo - $2.99 with the purchase of "ANY" combo." with emphasis on the word "any". My girlfriend like the chicken, so this led me to believe that I could purchase "any" combo, say for instance, beef teriyaki, and still get a chicken combo for $2.99. Not so, both employees (one may have been the owner/manager) insisted that the coupon was only good for "2 chickens". As in, buy one chicken combo, get one free although the coupon clearly stated with the purchase of "any" combo. Otherwise, the food was good.

Nice owner, tried to keep it hot for pickup but food was not good - sorry but surely a disappointment in any kind of quality. Soggy long-grain, white rice; no vegetables, pineapple or bell pepper in orange chicken. Literally deep fried chicken - added sauce - dumped on rice: hack-cooking.. Bit into the egg roll - old-oil taste, oozed gooey contents, not pleasant. If you could use fresh food & oil, use traditional dish ingredients, cleanup the walls to reflect quality/food-cleanliness, you could earn a nice share of lunch business!

The food is absolutely to die for!! The inside mat not be as fancy as other places BUT what actually matters is the food and it is 100% the best Japanese food I have ever had!! And you cant beat the price either, I recommend to EVERYONE =) [definition of hidden gem]

Its freaking amazing but get the Teri chic w/double meat. Love it when lady says, "Yummy yummy sauce" when u get extra terioki sauce!! The hot sauce rocks too! Needs to be open later!! This is once a week grub fo sho! !

It is not really terriyaki, more like just chinese. The terriyaki is actually pretty tasty, but the tempura on their menu is not tempura and rather bland.
