I just saw on facebook where ladies found bugs in their meal. I had a problem several years ago and took plate back. The owner cursed me and said "NO REFUND". It doesnt matter what was in food and I dont care. I never have been back. Anybody that had an attitude like that doesnt care what he serves to the public. All he wants is your money and doesnt care if food is cold and old or has bugs in it. I hope the Health Dept. does something about this latest complaint. I wouldnt eat there if it was free! My plate was full and not much eaten out of it and when I handed him the plate he tried to keep it and wouldnt give it back even though I had paid for it. I guess he thought I was going to take it to the health dept. We all got sick from the food. People eat at Cracker Barrel or somewhere that will supervise cooks and food and will make any complaint right and will treat you right!

I recently heard about a woman that had a bad experience at Tokyo. I have gone there for years, so I decided to see for myself. Not only did I have the great experience that I have always had, along with the great food, I was informed as I discussed the situation about the bugs with a waitress that the health inspector had already come back and said everything was clean! I would encourage you to go and try the food for yourself!

BEST Japanese place around!! They had a accident with a crazy rumor happen a couple years ago about a bug being in the food and this person has made similar rumors at NUMEROUS places in the area. They pass their inspections and everyone I know around here LOVES it. They have amazing customer service!

We love this place for fast Japanese food. The servers are always nice and it is not over priced, fast and doesnt make me sick like a lot of Japanese restaurants do. We visit at least once a month. Their Ginger dressing is the best I have ever had, we even asked to buy a tub of it for our house.

Ive been eating here for years. If you need fast food but are sick of burgers and the usual drive through fare, this is the place for you! The service is fast and courteous, the prices are very reasonable, portions are huge, and the food is great, especially for the connivence of drive through.

Eat here every time we stay in Morganton, sometimes multiple times, its just so darn good! Always great food! Fast paced, the inside is almost always packed and there is almost always a line around the building for the drive through! Never had a bad meal there!

The food is interesting. You can get teriyaki noodles instead of rice with your meal. The wait can be ridiculous sometimes. The staff keeps changing and need to be more attentive to the customer.
