It took them over 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver my pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was cold and it tasted disgusting. We ended up throwing it away and not even eating it. I know its a "busy" night for you, but you should at least tell your customer that so they can order from someone else. The service has really gone downhill at this location!

Hot Boxs pizza is among my favorites for takeout. They have quite a few options and they are all prepared fairly well. They have a deal aptly named "The Deal" which includes a large 1-topping pizza, breadsticks, and 2 drinks. It is more than enough food to feed 2 people (in my opinion) and their ranch as a sauce for the breadsticks is outstanding.

This place has gone downhill. Ordered a cheese pizza. Very simple. Told to pick it up in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later Im still here waiting on it. Now theres swearing going on. Would not recommend to families with children.

I just wanna know why you would schedule an interview when you are in the middle of training someone. I sat there for an hour and the manager didnt come out and say anything or even acknowledge my presence. Thanks a lot hot box.

Good pizza for those late night cravings. I love the drink cups that come in different colors throughout the year. If you collect enough cups, you may just win an annual contest the have to win some free stuff.
