Blaze is one of my all time favorite lunch spots. I will literally drag friends to go here. For $7 you get your own little 11" pizza with any toppings you want. Let me repeat that. Any. Toppings. You. Want. Im not talking pepperoni or cheese here. Im talking salami, buffalo chicken, feta cheese, goat cheese, red onions, mushrooms, sea salt, olive oil, ham, green peppers (this is my favorite combo). You go across the front subway-esque style while you point and they put the toppings on. Then they throw it in the brick oven pizza and voila! 3 minutes later its hot and in your hands. Its the perfect amount to fill you up and everybody gets exactly what they want. Also, I would buy a trucks worth of their lemonade. I had to deduct one star because it can get pretty loud inside and they could use someone to spot clean the tables. Its not a place id go to get to know the girlfriends parents, but its a place i do take the girlfriend to get incredible pizza.

A friend and I met for lunch yesterday and she brought to the meeting Blaze Pizza. I had never tried Blaze before and I have to say it is one of the best pizzas Ive had in recent history! She got a custom built pizza with all kinds of meat and Parmesan, Gorgonzola, and oregano. The combination of sauce, cheese and other toppings was balanced just right. The meat also looked fresh cooked, not the balls of crumby looking meat found on many of the other pizza restaurants. The ordering format is unique and although I didnt make the order, my friend said it was easy to order online and they cook it right when you arrive to pick up. I was impressed with this pizza and I also noted that they have a gluten free crust (on request) which is important to my spouse. I am sure we will order from Blaze again very soon.

I go hear quite often. My go-to pie is the build-your-own on gluten free dough. I have to deal with gluten intolerance. They make sure to ask if you would like them to do a glove change or not. One of the main things I like about their gluten free crust is that it is pressed on site. Compared to their normal crust, it is slightly thinner with a satisfying crunch. The dough is cooked on a round card stock carrier to ensure it does not contact the prep surface as well as the cook surface. Could not be happier with the variety of toppings you can really load onto your pizza. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fresh tasting pizza that can also be made gluten free.

Felt discrimated against because of my name. when asked my name I started to spell it for the man but instead of him letting me finish. he gave me the marker to write my own name. when I didnt write it in the right place he told me write it at the bottom. I stated to him oh well I dont know I dont work here he then stated he was putting me to work. I will never return location is pretty racist not everybody has a simple name like Becky thank god my mother named me Imani it means faith and I have a lot of faith in God and he is lucky I do and didnt cuss him out poor service unless your a Becky or Andrew.

I called to place an order that was for a lunch & learn with our office. Keep in mind, any other time my experience has been great. I called, and the guy who answered was very quick to rush me off the phone not willing to take my order and directed me online after I had explained we were not paying for it and he ASSURED me that we could skip the payment method. Incorrect. I have called 10 times to try and place my order and no one has answered. I never leave reviews, but thank you, for now not catering anymore of our lunch & learns. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had both gluten free/dairy free crust and vegan cheese options, but to be honest my expectations were not high. Well, I was blown away by how good my pizza was. It was, without a doubt, the best pizza Ive had since I went dairy free five years ago and gluten free a year ago. We got takeout, with my husband getting a "normal" pizza. Both of us had thin, crispy, tasty crust and delicious gourmet toppings. We cant wait to go back and try different combinations! I also really appreciate the allergens chart on their website.

The service is possibly the worst service I have ever had. Employees are nice but do not pay attention to cooking the pizza. One time they burned our pizzas and had to remake them only for them to still be burned. I have ordered online to avoid the chaos of ordering in store but they either say they dont have the order (which I definitely sent through) or take forever to make the pizza and they are given at least 30 minutes to do it. Worst place ever. Do not recommend going there. I am in the restaruant business and their service is unacceptable.

Waited over an hour after placing my order, asked multiple times, told it was coming up multiple times as I saw my same pizza be given away to a number of people ahead of me. Had to have a number of conversations to even get it when I did. I liked the pizza, but their service has a lot of problems to work through, as I was one of many hungry, unhappy people waiting for pizza. The cashier did give me a refund and a free pizza voucher though, so they did take steps to make it right, but this was a very bad experience overall.

This has become our new pizza spot, we enjoy the quick service and the ability to customize a pizza a variety of different ways without charging a bunch of money per topping. The crust is perfect, but that being said, it doesnt reheat well the next day even in the oven. I tend to use the meateater as a base and add some additional...meat and a few veggies. The smores pie is not worth it in my opinion, stop and get a shake at Which Wich instead.

Where is the cheese? I went in on a Friday night and ordered the "Simple Pie", the classic cheese pizza, only to receive hard ANY cheese on my pizza. I asked for extra cheese, and the employee hardly put any more. The fact I had to ask 3 times for a normal amount of cheese to be on my pizza is a bit excessive. As I was waiting I noticed other customers pizzas were hardly getting any cheese as well. Whats a pizza without the cheese?

I like this place because it has a good selection of pizzas or you can always order a "build your own" pizza with the ingredients and toppings you like. If you pick the thin crust the pizzas are baked in just a few minutes. It is a casual environment and the main offering is Pizza and a very limited salad options so dont go if you expect a formal seating restaurant or to eat something else from a large menu. Highly recommended
