Update - was told the delivery would take an hour and a half, and that was fine. I provided a specific order for "pizza, crispy, well done" - and it arrived barely cooked, with the slimy pepperoni and what not. They really do suck. Update - I gave them another couple chances .... THEY SUCK! First, I remember going to Bazbeaux Pizza when I lived in Indy last - 1999 - 2003. I loved that place. Ive ordered 2 pizzas since Ive moved back (2014 to now), and they were both kind of crappy. Im holding out hope - I just put in an order for stromboli ... well see ... Secondly, I think a lot of stuff is worse today than it was just a short while ago ... its as if the entire economy is becoming debased. Update: I ordered from Bazbeaux tonight. For the record, it seems all the salad you get there now is wilted. The blue cheese had some kind of brown gunk in it. The pizza I asked to be "extra crispy"? - I had to heat up the oven to cook completely. But hey - they got the coke cans and frozen packaged dessert right.

This artisan/specialty pizza place is one of my favorite pizza locations. I highly recommend the quattro formaggio, the colossus, or the hawaiian. The salads are delicious as well, I regularly get the greek salad with a delicious red wine. The servers do a good job with keeping drinks filled and the pizza is well worth the price paid for them. It isnt the cheapest pizza option, but here you are receiving what you pay for. The previous location was always super busy and hard to get into, however the newer location is larger and much more accommodating to last minute dinner plans. On a weekend though I would recommend calling ahead to see if you can make a reservation or how long the wait is. Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant at least once. I do know people who dont like it, but its one of my favorites.

Ive enjoyed this place for years. Their new location is literally perfect!!! It has a nice outdoor seating section. The local beer is better than the commercial beer (although they have plenty of that selection too). Try the cheese bread as appetizer its ABSOLUTELY delicious! Youll thank me later! My personal favorite try the Bazbeaux special with pepperoni! There salads are huge for the more vegetable friendly eaters out there. Their BBQ Chicken pizza is also fantastic! The prices for pizza, coke, apps are great. Very easy for 2 people to have plenty of food for under $30. Really it doesnt matter what you get Id be willing to bet its all great! Be ready to wait as the dinner rush can be a bit crazy. I cant wait to go back MANY more times. Its the best Pizza in Indy HANDS DOWN!

I placed a simple order for carry out and they messed that up. I called back to let them know that the garlic bread that was supposed to have no cheese on it, had cheese. As well as the medium basilica was not the pizza as described on the online menu, it was just wrong. I called back to speak with the manager, Matt and he spoke to me as if I was lying to him. His tone over the phone was condescending and he was no help to me at all. I asked him what he was going to do to fix this and he replied " what do you want me to do? This was not a good experience at all and I would not recommend this place to anyone.The food was no better than pretty much any other pizza place, so I will not be missing it considering I will not ever be ordering from this place again.

I will never frequent Bazbeaux again. The service was absolutely terrible and the hostess couple not have been more rude. I, honestly, have never had an issue with the service at any Broad Ripple restaurant until now. I was embarrassed for the staff and the manager of the Broad Ripple location. The manner in which the hostess acted was in such distaste I had to leave immediately and cancelled my order. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was talking badly about customers with children at the podium in front of everyone. I couldnt believe it. She needs to be fired. There is no question about it.

Calling this pizza is an insult to pizza. Dont get me wrong, it can be tasty, but it is not pizza. It is more like pizza toppings on crackers, not real bread. The art of pizza comes from the bread, not the toppings. Bazbeaux skipped learning how to make decent pizza dough (bread) and decided to just put toppings on something that can be used to deliver them to your mouth. So, dont come here expecting pizza and you may like it. You may like it anyway. But if you love pizza for the ingredients - artisanal bread and top quality cheese and sauce - this is definitely not the place for you.

Interesting pizza options, generous salad portions, and enough choices that anyone can find something to eat. During my last trip, lunch was the meal to be had. This location sells pizza by the slice which is a great way to save time during a business lunch break. I had the Cobb salad and includes all the typical toppings. The lettuce was crisp and the serving size was large enough to serve as a meal. All in all, not bad but not to the same level as other pizza places near by.

Waited in line for at least 10 minutes behind a customer that was taking a while (not restaurants fault), but no one offered to help me. After about 10 mins, someone else walks in and they immediately help her. When I spoke up to say Ive been standing here waiting for quite a while, they said, "oh, well get behind her." No, Ive been waiting here 10 mins longer than her! I walked out. Very rude!

Pretty simple really..... awesome za and great service at a great location. What more can you ask for? I had the Garden and my wife created her own (goat cheese and basil), and both pizzas were excellent. Nice crispy crust, with just enough give. Plenty of tasty fresh toppings, and a delightful array of cheeses. We will absolutely go here every time were in town. Thanks Bazbeaux!

I eat here for lunch once in a while because it is close by. Some people rave about it but I think its a bit over rated. I think they charge too much and the staff just goes through the motions. No one seems thrilled to be doing their job. You would also think they would attempt a second line to keep things moving. Expect to leave hungry unless you spend $10 for a $5-6 value.

By far the best meal we had while in Indianapolis!!! We are staying at the Marriot residence inn and they delivered so I dont know about the restaurant decor but my family and I agree this may be the best pizza we have EVER had delivered! We ordered the colusess pizza and a Greek salad...excellent!!! Two thumbs up and I am a picky Greek woman with a hard to impress pallet!

Staying at the JW (.8 miles away) and they would not deliver a pizza 22 minutes before they closed. I worked at a pizza parlor when I was 17 and we would deliver right up to closing time. Personally, I believe this is poor customer service. He wasnt rude, its just very disappointing that some will not give the same level of customer service you would have given them.
