Actually i give this place no stars. We went there hoping to have a nice valentines day dinner and were so disgusted and disappointed it nearly ruined our evening. The service was lousy, the chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The salsa was basically tomato sauce with some jalapeño added. We ordered the special dinner which consisted of an enchilada, a taco, a tostada, a tamale and a chili relleno. With rice and beans. There was so much soy added to the beef it could not be called beef. The refried beans on the tostada had so much water added that it was soggy and fell apart. The enchilada and the taco cold and tasteless. The tamale was huge and 95% masa. The chili relleno, a mound of tasteless hamburger meat with an ancho pepper split open and laid on top sprinkled with cheese and passed over with a torch. I thought rellenos were dipped in batter and deep fried. Absolutely the worst food ever. Taco Bell rates five stars to this place. I do not recommend eating there. All this after it took the waiter 35 mins to bring our meal.

There do not seem to be enough positive reviews for this restaurant. The staff at Cancun restaurant were extremely polite and very hard working to make sure everyone is being served in a timely manner. The food, margaritas, and horchatas were really high quality and delicious. I ordered the ground beef chimichanga from the dinner menu, expecting just typical ground beef, but amazingly enough, the beef was actually tender and flavorful steak. If I lived in this area, I would certainly frequent this restaurant on a regular basis!

While I am not a fan of Mexican restaurants, I did find this one entertaining on a recent visit to celebrate a friends birthday. The atmosphere is colorful and fun and the wait staff is engaging , fast and competent. May have ordered the wrong thing because I found it mundane and tasteless. My husband did order a steak fajitas which were quite a bit better. Would give it another try. The menu is very varied. All in all a fun experience. Why do you air menu is extensivle, but wine menu is lacking. Full bar for other drinks.

not recommended.. Not the best food very simple and not tasty.. Especially for the price.. Me and my friends went and pretty much got ripped off and lied to after ordering micheladas for 7.50$ each only to find out they werent authentic, and instead came from a 2$ can cut with water.. The waiter had assured us they were authentic but I later saw the empty cans in the kitchen.. Este lugar no es nada de bueno.. Es una desgracia dicer que es un restauran mexicano no es recomendado comer aqui

My daughter and I ate here for lunch. I ordered the chicken chimichanga w rice/beans. The chimichanga was excellent with wonderful flavors and tender chicken. I also loved the refried beans. The rice was ok. My daughter ordered an enchilada and tamales. She loved the enchilada and ate every bite. She left a portion of the tamales on her plate. She also enjoyed the refried beans. We both loved the salsa. Our server was friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back.

For being billed as one of best mexican restaurants in town, this was very disappointing for lunch. The waiter was walking around texting and talking on his phone the whole time, giving us little attention and bringing us incorrect items due to being distracted. On top of that, the food was bland. The Taco Bell next door has better tacos. Skip this one.

Im sure this is the best Mexican restaurant in town. And these portions are American. If I were to rate it as a Mexican restaurant, as a Californian recently back from Mexico, itd earn a two but as a Murican restaurant with Mexican flavor its pretty good and fits severe hunger. Chile rellano could can only be spicy in the bland Midwest style of cooking.

This is the worst Mexican restaurant that I have ever been to. Thats why I now have a special nickname for it, Cant Cun. The food was salty and flavorless, and they played the old "Lets supersize the Margarita during happy hour so that we can charge more" game. After eating here, I have to agree with the Taco Bell comment.

Didnt even get sat here. They refused my moms ADA REGISTERED MEDICAL ALERT DOG. ( thats illegal fyi ) hes a very quiet, miniature poodle, not even big There was practically no one in the restaurant for him to bother even if he was a pet. Not sure if this was a language barrier or what but they were polite at least.

Staying in the hotel near by we were starving for a great mexican restaurant. We found this one on google. The atmosphere is awesome. The outside dining is a great option. The food was excellent and Julios smiling face just added to the experience. Well definitely be back when we visit crossville!!

Had to have them clean the table when we set down. Service was slow. Quality of the food was ok. Had to track them down for the check and boxes to take home left over food. Not my favorite place to visit. I just hope everytime I visit would be better. But it just seems to get worse

Carne asada tacos are awesome, warm chips and three types of salsa on request. We had a group of seven, everyone was very satisfied with there meal. Beef enchilada was a little salty. Besides the great meal, super clean restrooms, easy parking and convenient freeway on and off.

Poor service and the owner was our waiter. He never refilled our drinks or checked on us food took forever to come out and the overweight owner proceeded to put his arm around and ask my 13 yr old niece where her boyfriend was as we were leaving. Will NEVER eat there again

Stale chips, luke warm steak fajitas that never even threatened to sizzle and had no flavor. Salsa was just blah. Best Mexican restaurant in town because its the only one lol. Should have taken my chances with taco bell across the street ;)

Good baisc Mexican dishes, nothing to fancy or different. Great looking and extensive drink menu. Decent service and price. Overall a solid spot, but if youre looking for true authentic, fancier Mexican dishes keep driving.

We stood at front entrance for about 3-4 minutes before someone acknowledged us. It was a seat yourself establishment with no sign advising patrons. Food was mediocre at best used a lot of peppers and onions as fillers.

Not authentic Mexican food very americanized. No flavor No spice bottom quality steak and prepared poorly. They use cheap tortillas. The one on 127 is the worst of the two locations

Crossvilles Latin quarter. We like to build Mexican Restaurants next to Taco Bells. This place is great for dinner after a round of golf in the glade.
