Was at this IHOP on 6/21 for lunch, and I had taken my iPhone headphones in to sit in on a conference call while I was there. When I left, I forgot my headphones on the table, which I realized about 20 minutes after I left. When I called back to ask about them, the girl who answered said she would check the lost and found, but could be heard asking someone right there "did you find some headphones?" To which the person could be heard responding "headphones? No." So, without even checking the table I had been at, or the lost and found, or asking around, she simply asked the first person she saw, and then told me they werent there. It just irritates me that, while forgetting my headphones was clearly my fault, people are too lazy or cant be bothered to actually check when you ask about something left on the table. The fact that my headphones hadnt been turned in in the time the table had been cleaned and I had called back tells me that they also have some dishonest employees that work there also. Since the staff couldnt be bothered to actually look for my headphones, this location gets a one star rating, and Ill keep my business elsewhere from now on. Should my headphones mysteriously turn up, I can be contacted through my profile here.

I have been here several times , hell I used to work here, but this last weekend was beyond ridiculous. When i walked in with a family member visiting from out of town the host rolled her eyes at just the fact we walked in, she took us to the left side where it was packed and the only table with out dishes on it was still dirty and she half assed wiped it down after litteraly throwing the two menus on the table. Then the servers did not have the act together at all like they forgot shoes table it was to deal with or something. We had to ask 3x for the coffie that was suppost to be fresh and it sure as hell wasnt and had to ask 2x for silverware after we got our meal. For the most part the food was good but the service sucked. My guest said he was never coming back and I dont blaim him . that place has really gone down hill since rod took over. Glad i dont work there anymore

We walk in to see a male employee texting while chilling in the entry. No big deal, but then we meet our waitress. She is late 40s, disheveled and very uninterested. She takes our water order as no ice but brings glasses full of ice and water and tells us to pass them down. Again, no huge deal until we ask to replace the pancakes in a meal with something gluten free such as fruit, eggs, or more potatoes as one of us must eat gluten free....she then tell us that they have NOTHING gluten free....others had already asked her! Well! We moved on for her lack of her care. Sorry for IHOP because they lost 5 hungry customers because of one rude waitress....of course they have gluten free options! But what a sad representation of the Columbus IHOP.

My experience at ihop has always been great. But today, the treatment my family and friends received at their Columbus IN restaurant has changed that. The waitress that attended to us was completely lacking in courtesy and treated is very rudely. Now I can understand if thats how she treated others too. But that wasnt the case. I felt embarrassed in front of my family and friends. Our order was taken and food delivered with such haste that I felt like we were a bunch of unwanted guests. Ihop to me stood for warmth and friendly service. Unfortunately not anymore.

While the food was good the wait was not worth it. Went in with my wife and son and had a 1 hour wait before our order was taken, not because of short staff or crowded place, but because the entire side of the restraint seemed to be forgotten about. I had flagged down a waitress 3 times in that period and still had a long wait. After the long wait and the lack customer service was greeted by a rude look when I refused to provide the cashier a tip. The manager ended up being the one to bring us our food.

Food sucks but i guess thats to be expected at IHOP. The oatmeal serving is only about 1.5 cups and they were out of bananas. The fruit cup was a small sad bowl of 2 pieces if pineapple, 1 grape, and 1 non-wripe orange. Hashbrowns (homefries) are meally/mushy inside and fried on the outside (probably frozed). 2 stars because staff was nice and the total for two was only $16.64 (2 oatmeal, 2 fuit cups, 1 hashbrowns). You get what you pay for I guess.

Just visisted the Columbus location. Sat down to order.. Only to find out everything I eat and drink from here has been removed from the menu. I was sooo disappointed!! Not everyone can consume pancakes and eggs. I for one cannot. My diet is restricted for health reasons so I couldnt find one thing left on the menu for me. I had to set and watch my family eat.. which drove me to frustration and finally leaving to sit in my car while they finished up.

I took my grandmother our for breakfast and decided to try Columbus IHOP. Ive been in some shady IHOPs, but this one was very nice and clean. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated quickly and waited on promptly the entire time. The waitress engaged my children in conversation, which made them enjoy the excursion even more. Our food was hot and delicious, and my coffee was great!

This is a very pricey place for high sugar intake that can give you a coma. $40 for me and my husband to have breakfast that is unacceptable pricing for breakfast. Their sausage and bacon were not good at all their pancakes had tons of the sugary fake stuff that did not taste good at all. Not worth your time to go you can have a better cheaper breakfast at McDonalds. But their food sucks too.

Most folks already know what to expect at an IHOP and their menu is available online. I wont go into great detail. Personally, I had excellent food and good service. Everything hit the spot just right. Love those crepes! This location is convenient to I-65, Columbus (of course), and those Brown County tourists jumping off or on the interstate.

Why does the cashier keep the receipt that has the information to contact IHOP for free food? The customer should get to keep it. All we received was a copy of the bill. Something is wrong with this picture. Went to Ihop again this morning. Food was great. Had a 20% coupon. Still didnt get ticket to take review and get free food on next visit.

Staff was nice, but it was so cold!! Air blowing on high, we moved to another location, and still on high. Asked waitress twice and hostess to have air turned down, with no success!!! I left my meal....very disappointed, that one has to freeze, in the winter time, trying to eat a meal..... even the ppl next to us was freezing!!!!!

The girl who was serving with me on this site was going through the process of applying for jobs. Im going to run a lot more often than not. This morning I was wondering if anyone has any questions about anything but not limited to just one. The only thing is that I have to go to the clinic at least one more time. Enjoy your stay. Haha
