This location is probably the best Bob Evans location Ive ever experienced. They have friendly staff and routinely get your food out to you with little wait. However, I docked them a star for a few reasons: first, it is almost always packed and this can create a setting wherein it is difficult to hold normal conversation; second, they regularly change their menu. This may seem like a great thing, but they often bring in items that are good and then remove them while keeping bland alternatives. This is more of a reflection on the company than the location, but it is still off-putting.

Ill give this place 3.5 stars. It was clean. Friendly service and pretty quick (but I was the only customer there at 7am) I ordered the Blintz with strawberry topping and the Blintz itself was fine, but they completely drown them in the strawberry sauce, so much so I thought it v was going to overflow the plate. Next time I will be more specific about just the strawberries and no sauce. I wish I could add a photo to my review, but I did ad on on google on their page.

Inconsistent quality. I always liked the pot roast sandwich with shredded beef onions and carrots. Todays had a few tiny squares of beef (1/2 inch) no carrots and a couple of onion slices. Just bad at this location. Still good elsewhere. Dont know why they changed a good thing.

Food was not cooked completely. Once the waitress served us our meals we never saw her again. I had to go up to the counter to get drink refills. Not a very good experience. Not sure if I will return to this establishment. Just overall a very lousy experience.

The staff here are extremely patient and helpful with large groups. The quality of the fruit is a little bad, and they were out of a few important foods. However, overall I greatly enjoyed my experience - and the highly loaded omelette!

Second time in a row that the service is lousy...they write down your order and still manage to leave half of it in the kitchen. Too busy playing on their phones and hiding in kitchen
