Went there last night to get food to go and it took 20 min. Before someone took my order. Once order was taken I watched the employees go in and out back door to smoke cig. And coming back in and going back to work without washing their hands. Not to mention the guy behind me new a employee that was making pizzas she came out hugged the guy said Ill get you some food started grabbing food from warmer and put fresh cookies in oven for him as well and the guy didnt even pay for any food at all she even informed the man she had found another job and would start on Monday. The floor was covered in water that was leaking from someplace employees kept sliding in the water almost falling catching themselves. Seemed as if none of them cared to mop the water up. There wasnt even anyone eating in the restaurant. Now I understand why if they had experienced half of what I did. I called Corp pizza hut after spending almost $35.00 knowing that I wasnt even going to eat the food I purchased after my experience not knowing if I was going to get sick from them not washing their hands sticking his hands in spaghetti and sauce then making pizza not to mention no gloves on half the employees and some had no hair nets or the men with facial hair didnt even have beard guards on. So this is my hour and 15 min. experience at Pizza Hut. Wanted to get something different for supper and lost my appetite with in mins of even being there. So sad that I even expressed myself and the guy could just say sorry like he didnt even care. Not sure if I want ever try the place again but my son loves eating there and I use to but I wont pay that kinda money ever and not be able to eat my food,unless that place cleans up and ppl are trained to be cleaner I no we wont be going back..

We were there last night. We had terrible service. There were 3 tables in there including ours. We had to wait a good 20 mins for our drinks to get takin and then another 30 mims to get our order took! They messed up our order and wouldnt even fix it! Not to mention... whats the point of having appitizers on your menu when its the last item you get?! Very very very poor service.

Ate her for lunch today. Buffet was minimal and they did not restock it the entire time we were there. There was and empty tray of pasta once again never refilled. The salad bar was dirty. Staff didnt come buy to check the tables or bother cleaning off the empty pizza pans from the buffet. Will not be back again.

The last two times that Ive gotten pizza from here the pizza wasnt all that great. Definitely not what they advertise in the commercials. Sent an email to corporate and never heard back

Absolutely awful the server was horribly rude the food took forever and to make it worse a kid threw up behind us on the floor and the employees just LEFT IT THERE!!!!

Food and Service was great. But, they had the Temperature in the dining area way to cold!! We had to go out to the car and get jackets for the kids..

Pizza is good but I have to recommend delivery only as the restaurant is looking a little tired. Time for an upgrade.
