The worst Panda location I have ever been to. Panda Express is normally one of my favorite fast food options. This location is notoriously bad. There arent many lunch options in Clarksville which is why I keep returning. Ill wait a few months and visit again. Anyway, I will not return again. The General Tsos chicken, which lured me in, was literally inedible. Im not generally a complainer or a picky eater, but there was enough salt on "my batch" to kill an elephant. Not to mention the rude employees at this location. You can literally wait minutes, with no other customers in the store, while they play on their phones. Its bad enough for me to take the time to leave this review - And Ive never, good or bad, left a review on Google. Spend your money elsewhere - Hit or miss whether the food will be decent, but its the employees which really leave a bad taste in your mouth.

I go here a LOT. The service was always great, the urgency of the employees was good. Its fast casual. It should be 10 min or under, with 10 min being only during super slammed times. Every time I visit now, there is an epic wait. They are out of several things, almost always string bean chicken. The manager has lied to me before and told me my wait would be 4 min, when it was actually over 20 due to employees moving at their own pace and joking around. The food is still the same - reliably good americanized Chinese with big portions. But the service is spotty and my two conversations with the manager were poor, to say the least. I hate going here now, because I always have to wonder if it will be a decent experience. Such a shame, and clearly the fault of management.

All I got today was a big ol serving of "Sorry!!" Panda Express is usually a good choice for us, not great, but good for our family of 3. Their new campaign with General Tso chicken made me want to try it out. I went they today, through the drive thru, and was ordering and when I was told, "Sorry," they were out of General Tso chicken. Really? OK, I guess Ill get the Teriyaki Chicken instead. Again, "Sorry" but i will have to wait 10 minutes for that as there is none ready currently. Really? Yeah, a bunch of "Sorry!" I couldnt take it anymore so I left the drive-thru line and went to a Chinese Buffet and got 2 to-go cartons instead. There was some General Tso chicken on the buffet!

Usually love this place. This past Sunday we decided that we would stop for dinner take out. The staff seemed annoyed to have to do their jobs, and wait on customers. They were out of veggies, and after waiting over 20 minutes for some to be prepared, we finally asked for a refund and left. Thanks to Culvers down the street, we were greeted with nice, polite, smiling faces, and were very satisfied. Not likely to return to Panda Express any time soon! Very disappointed!

Mediocre at best. Fried rice. Yea right more like cooked rice with peas carrots and corn. The best this was the honey walnut shrimp. Other than that I honestly think I wasted money. Never again will I come back. Absolutely terrible. I dont see how they can call them self a Chinese restaurant. Nothing Chinese about it. 100% American amd it sucked.

I like the food...a little too much because it has that addictive stuff in it. But other than that its an enjoyable place to go, Im not a fan of the staff, Im a fregular (Frequent-Regular) and they seem to hate their lives working at this place. Hey a job is a job right, you dont have to love it or like it. But hey...food.

Store was clean, staff was nice, but I wasnt really impressed with the food. The orange chicken was pretty good, but the chow mein noodles were dry and the rangoons were very oily. Id come back but I really think Im just going to stick with my local Chinese restaurant.

Staff was not very friendly. I have been 2x since they opened. Wanted to give them a second chance. They wont get a 3rd. Too much $$ for the quantity and quality of food. Will stick to You Carry Outa on Eastern Blvd.

I was skeptical about "fast food chinese", but this place is incredible. Very generous portions, super nice employees and the best chicken in the area. Will continue to recommend this to friends and family.

Dont go thru their drive thru ever. Seriously takes forever. Even when they are not busy. 20 min at 4:30 on a Monday is ridiculous. 3 meals. Orange chicken. Window lady Reanna.

Good value, fast American-Chinese food. The honey walnut shrimp & Beijing beef are my favorites. The employees have always been very kind to me & they give generous portions.

The store is clean, the service is fast, and the food is tasty. We drive here from Louisville occasionally just for dinner. The kids meal is the right portion size as well.

Never opens on time and sometimes the drive thru is closed due to employees on break. Food is great sometimes and other times can be pretty bad.

They treat you right here. Lots of good food and large servings. You cant beat the price. We always have enough left over for another meal.

Food is usually fresh and fast. Clean store. Better quality than typical Chinese restaurants. Not expensive for the amount of food you get.

Beef and broccoli game with only 1 piece of beef and the rest was broccoli. The chow mein was undercooked almost raw. I will not be back.

Very small portions for the price. Not the best food either. Egg rolls were great. Do like that it has a drive through.
