4/22/17- this place reuses condiments "not opened" and then places them back onto the plates since the cooks need to use them as a guide to know what food goes on what plate. I asked for nothing to be placed on my plate but was told we need to. I said I dont use them and dont want them - she said "we will see what we can do" which is code for FU buddy. Original review - Staff was super friendly, although for not being busy the place was dirty. This isnt uncommon but what really bothered me was the handling of a T-bone stake for another customer. The cook (older short man) took the stake out of the cooler, opened it "without gloves" then handled the meat with his bare hands. This wasnt the problem - the heat from cooking would kill any bacteria off. The problem was he didnt wash his hands then started handling the utensils while preparing other food, touching the plates, even the condiments. The cook continued to work for 4 min then decided to put gloves on, not after he washed his hands - he NEVER did that. Luckily I had a waffle and he was wearing gloves when preparing our food. Eating here is always "good" provided the staff has taken the time to clean and the cooks are also sanitary. You know the risks when eating at a place like this. Rule of thumb, if the windows are dirty more than likely everything else is too.

There was barely anyone there but it took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order. During that time whole first 20 minutes she didnt ask us if we would like anything to drink. We got to order that when we ordered our meal. It then took another 12 minutes to get our drinks and then another 15 for the food. Which she then delivered the food to our table and then forgot part of my meal. Which I then had to wait yet another 10 minutes for. While during this whole time the staff was banging dishes and making as much loud noise as possible. Which, trust me, wasnt even necessary. Will never eat out at this Waffle House again.

Look we went in waited 20 minutes for a seat. Watched numerous meat items have to be reheated and then top it off the two ladies there was arguing in front of everyone 10 minutes later we got 1 drink not 2 then enuf was enuf we walked out. Granted they were busy but omg.....get with it people

Im from Wisconsin, so going to Waffle house is a treat to me. Ive generally found staff at these places to be overwhelmed and inattentive, however, thats not the case here. Very good staff and, as always, very good comfort food. If this place was up by me, Id be here on a regular basis.

Would not let me park a u haul in parking lot...will be filling a complaint with corporate!!! Was going to dine there walked out because of they wanted me to park off property!!!! Complete lack of customer care!!!!!

Service is poor. Server was rude from the beginning. Im a server myself, so I expect friendliness. Hopefully management finds faster, more attentive and friendlier people. Food was slow and all ordered breakfast.
