When I want to have 5 Star quality Italian food, I have to wait out the hunger because I dont have that kind of money. If you go long enough without eating the hunger goes away. When I want to have cookie cutter Italian while savoring mediocre ingredients and a server who has trouble getting my order in in between cigarette breaks, I go to Olive Garden. And if other Olive Gardens sound too exciting, I go to the Olive Garden in Clarksville, IN. Why do Indianans have southern accents? It doesnt make any sense. Youre at the same latitude as Illinois. Who are you trying to fool? We get it, you would like to be able to own people again and the gays make you nervous. Just because I enjoy a nice cup of Earl Grey tea from time to time, I dont prance around with an English accent. Anyway, unlimited breadsticks doesnt mean a thing when they taste like cardboard. One would be too many. And if I say "a little" grated cheese, that does not mean that I want half a block plopped into my soup. Lactose gives me gas. Despite all of this, there is that one waitress who one of these days Im going to get up the nerve to talk to and see if she also likes a good ol steeple chase. She smells like grated cheese and UGGs. So overall, this might be the greatest restaurant on the face of the earth. Five out of five stars.

My daughter graduated yesterday and she wanted to go to Olive Garden for her graduation lunch. there was 6 of us total and we were sat fairly quickly, we had two servers(not needed) and between the two servers niether one could get our drinks out to us in a timely manner. I had to ask 4 times to get breadsticks with our soup. I asked 3 times for refills. We finally had enough and we were ready to go home and I asked for the check it took 35 minutes to get the check to me and when the server finally gave it to me he had given himself a 15% gratuity and added it to my bill. I asked to speak with a manager and NEVER got one. The food was great but the service really needs improvement. I finally got the server to come back and he told me they have to charge gratuity because there are two servers. I said I wasnt giving extra money because there are two of you and neither one of you could fill our drinks or breadsticks or even bring us our food. He then said great because you are cheap I dont get a tip. here is your new check. The new check didnt have gratuity and the two servers did NOT get a tip. this is an aweful way to run a business. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

As usual the food was great. This is one of my favorite restaurants however this was the worst service I have ever received at an Olive Garden.. And one of the worst experiences at any restaurant in a long while. Manager noticed the issues and stopped by to offer her apologies and offered to buy our desserts. It was a nice gesture, however when it came time we were told the six of us would only get one dessert as compensation for our very upsetting experience. I ordered two different desserts regardless, only for the waitress to come out later and tell us both of our choices were frozen and that we would need to choose something else. I appreciate the manager trying to rectify the situation but it was one fail after another. Worst waitress I can ever remember... Very disappointing.

I am a vegan and I went online to their homepage and very quickly found a precise guide to what I should order at the restaurant. They even noted that I should ask for the kids tomato sauce instead of the regular to avoid dairy (cheese). Furthermore, Nick, my server, could not have been more friendly and helpful. He even made a point of not putting the cheese on my salad because of how I choose to eat. He was very attentive about keeping my glass full and even managed to get me some breads ticks right out of the oven-without butter of course...lol. I made,a point of telling the manager both how pleasant he was and how easy it was as a vegan to still have a great dinner. Wonderful job guys!!! Ill be back for sure.

A couple of friends and myself dined at Olive Garden this week and had a good meal and really appreciated Dathans service. We all agreed he is the best waiter we ever had. He really worked it and kept a great attitude. two of us had the all you can eat salad and soup and he was Johnny on the spot getting us refills. Thank you, Dathan. We just wish Olive Garden had some other type of lettuce included in their salad besides iceberg and included some cucumbers. The soups were great.

Very expensive for how little food they give you. I got the tour of Italy, but it barely took up about half of the plate, the lasagna was a flat puddle of mush, the garlic bread had a texture that prompted one to think the sawdust they used to make it was very fresh. the portion of chicken was about 4 bites and dry and stringy. Dont ever plan to go back. would have been more satisfied with a family size stoffers lasagna and Texas toast and it would have still been cheaper.

Candace, and Dathan were amazing. Candace was our server and she was a sweet heart, catered to our needs as best as possible and made us feel welcomed. Dathan, bless his heart. He had to deal with the worst customers that sat next to us. They complained about everything and nothing was wrong, plus, one of them smelled like pee. He kept his composure and was nice about everything. I felt so bad for him.

My experience at Olive Garden was very distasteful and very Id say more less not even cleaned to be serving food because there was Nets flying around inside the the restaurant why you were trying to eat so you better off being outside of the restaurant and dealing with all the Flies because the Nets were just as bad wailed and dealing with with everything on the outside atmosphere

The server was fast, friendly, and happy to do his job. The food wasnt worth the price.. the soup and pasta sauce were inedible, because they contained more salt, than the law should allow!! The breadsticks were old. The the chicken and drinks were both very good.

Service is hot or miss. Will not order alcohol of the continue to require servers to take my Drivers License and scan it away from the table to verify age. Food quality is hit and miss. Chicken Marsala with Mash potatoes: potatoes are cold every time? Really?

I love Clarksvilles Olive Garden, it is a great place to go with the family for great food, great service, reasonable prices, and a friendly atmosphere. Last time in I had my favorite, Seafood Fettuccine served by a great server named Alexandra.
