Went there to get dinner with my wife. Waited about 2-3 minutes before they even acknowledge I existed, but I worked there like 10 years ago they appeared shorted staffed. They take our orders and bring out an order that is so wrong it was like they took someone elses order and gave it to us. I tell them the order is made wrong and they argue with me that it was made right. Well it was made right because the order was taken wrong. And, yes in fact Philly cheesesteaks do come with mushrooms, onions and peppers your menu says so as does literally everyone else who makes them. A shift manager with tattoos and spacer in his ears argued with me that the order was made right then told me to leave the store. He refunded the money then came out of the store to yell at me as I left. Like I said, I worked there about 10 years ago and the place has gone to hell since then. Theres a subway across the street and a Jimmy Johns a couple miles north down Hwy 62. Just go there instead.

Food is great... The only problem to making this review a 5 star resturant is the childish, lazy, rude and disrespectul night shift! The two guys working together close the store way too early and put up most of the food and told me that they dont answer phone calls an hour before closing. Tried giving the place a second try the next week and the same people were working. One of them didnt even have his uniform on and they were basically molesting the girl working with them in front of all of us customers. Terrible, Terrible employees! They need to be FIRED ASAP!

Everyone that works at night is extremely rude and they close 45 minutes or more before the posted time for that day. They refuse to answer the phone for call in orders, and they just stood there and looked at me and wouldnt unlock the door when I tried to come place a order 30 minutes before closing. The owner needs to re-evaluate who he has hired to close his or her store because they are loosing a lot of business.

NO ONE WEARS HAIRNETS. I HAD TO WAIT 20 MINS ON MY FOOD. I SPEND 60$ IN THIS PLACE AND I WAS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED. NO MEAT ON SANDWICHES AND COLD FRIES NOT TO MENTION MY KID FOUND HAIR IN HER FOOD. THIS IS A SHITTY ESTABLISHMENT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Drove 15 minutes to arrive 7 minutes before they closed. Has I was walking to the door an employee ran to turn off the open signs. There was people waiting for there food inside but they couldnt take the time for one more customer. Piss poor customer service if say so myself.

Came in as soon as they opened on a Sunday and the place was filthy. Every other table had crumbs and was sticky and the floors and windows were a mess. I was shocked because I love penn station and always thought of them a step above fast food.

Today the four employees at this location handled the UNRULY customers very well. They were understaffed and working really hard. The employees and manager really hustled especially hard. They all deserve a raise!!

I LOVE the chicken Cordon Bleu sub! My total favorite. Never a let down! Fries are always fresh. I dont come here often because it is a bit pricey, but its always delicious. The environment was clean as well.
