Was very disappointed with my service tonight. There was one lady in front of me, rest of the dining room was completely empty. No one acknowledged my presence for over 10 min...No, welcome to KFC, how r u tonight, Ill be right with u, not a single word. Thats a long time for fast food. I ordered a $5 box. After I ordered, I got the food relatively quick and went on my way. The ONLY THING in the entire box that was semi warm was the mashed potatoes. EVERYTHING else was cold...Im in the car and had nowhere to warm it up...I had already crossed the toll bridge and am not going to go back over and pay another tool. I spoke with a manager who sounded about 12 years old, and he wrote my name in a book, so next time that Im in the area, I can get another meal...So I guess that will do. My whole experience was just bad...Hope they get it together!!!!

This disgusting place gave me a Completely wrong order. And when I came back and asked for them to make the meal I PAID FOR or give me my money back, they called the police and HAD ME ARRESTED. Not only that, but I saw the man with my own eyes pick his nose as he packed my chicken. Eat at your own risk. If you dont like what they give you, (right or wrong)... theyll call the police and tell them that you are acting "aggressive". And then youll go to jail for disorderly conduct and trespassing, just like me. Please think twice before eating here.

Work gave us 42 dollars to go buy lunch today we had to feed 12 people. We went to kfc and instantly was greeted by Laura she was very kind! I let her know what we had to work with and she made it happen!!!! Steve,Christy and Laura made the food really quick and took great care of us I highly recommend them from this experience. We have their backs here at VW of Clarksville

super slow and seemingly the staff more interested in there phones and each other then working food was average but even thought they offer healthier choices it was like a extra chore for them to deal with so dont come here if your in a hurry or getting anything but the specials

Somehow they always mess up my order or leave something out (plastic ware, napkins, sauces). If you bring attention to what they did wrong last time theyll correct it this time but mess up on the same order. The kicker is that it was not busy, I was the only customer each time

sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with no response. sign plainly says close at 930 it was 9. after driving around the building i noticed that there were 5 employees sitting around filling there fat faces probley for free no doubt. I never have gotten good service here.
