First visit to Cluckers, came over from Louisville, was going to go to Anns but they were not open for lunch. So this looked good. Well it looked good. Appetizers were good and tasted good. But when they take your order they get it wrong. Like the other post the manager thought he was doing you a favor taking it off your bill for getting it wrong. Food was cold , the slaw sucked and the staff just dont listen to what you say. BTW the manager looks like a bad porn actor. Dont waste your time. And if itd your first time there and locals are there they will be taken care of first then you. Just am FYI. Sad so much potential.

The best appetizers, wings and drinks in the area with the best Sports viewing experience available. Cluckers only prepares FRESH Chicken and made to order dishes. The sauces are hand selected and only the BEST are used. The atmosphere is second to none. A unique Sports Bar feel at both locations with a beautiful River view in Jeffersonville. The 3rd location in the heart of the University of Louisville (3rd and Cardinal) is scheduled to open on or before Nov 1, 2011.

Very disappointed with my first and last visit to Cluckers. I waited 45 minutes just to get a raw chicken sandwich. Then the manager acted like he was really doing me a favor by taking it off my bill, especially since I did not want the food replaced, since I was so disgusted by the raw sandwich. The food obviously was horrible and the customer service was even worse. I wouldnt let my dog eat there. This was the Charlestown Road location.

The food is good, and the price is pretty fair for what youre getting. I would give 4 stars, but, the few times Ive dropped in for lunch, they have been somewhat obviously understaffed. Im currently sitting here, surrounded by plenty of uncleared tables, waiting on a first refill, and Ive been done eating for about 10 minutes.

Probably the worse service I have ever had on more than one occasion ...be sure to make sure you bill is right! They have put another tables on mine before. They have the best food in the world and the worse service to go with it...some days are worth it but its best to just get it to go to avoid the crappy service.

Delicious!!! I had the chicken tenders...I ordered 4..more than I could eat. Also had the homemade chips..I loved them. My friend had the chicken wings..2 different types of sauces. He was licking his fingers..

I love Cluckers and so does my family. We have had a couple of bad nights with service but we do at other restaurants too. Will definitely be back, very tasty food. The Cheese Sticks are my fave!!
