Always a long time to get your order and the order is frequently wrong. The place is usually in some form of chaos even at low-traffic times. I imagine this is the result of a high turnover rate. Still, management needs to take responsibility for these sorts of shortcomings. The personnel have always been polite - this places one redeeming quality. Im still a patron of the place on occasion simply because its the only one around the Southern Indiana area.

The food was very good especially with night shift I think the whole team did a very good job one person stuck out to me though in the guys name was Rayshawn Smith a wonderful cook also really great customer service I like how much chicken was nice and crispy and golden brown the biscuits was cooked just right and buttery

We have dined here many times and it is always exceptional. From the host/hostess as you walk in the door, throughout the meal or at the bar for after dinner drinks the entire experience is fantastic. The entertainment offered is top notch as well.

The food is very good but the service is often terrible. When THEY make a mistake they make you pay for it. They do NOT put customers first. They are never willing try to make it up to the customer. I wont go back.

Service was great, very friendly and nice woman. Wished me a Happy Mothers Day. Wasnt too impressed with the food. Chicken tenders was rubbery and cold. Loved the slaw and didnt like the potatoes.

Love the service, we were the first in the store at 1030am and the food was of course fresh, biscuits were awesome with the honey, chicken tenders were great, hot, and fresh. Staff is very friendly.

Went through the drive thru for a 12 pack of biscuits and got pulled up for 20 minutes. I dont even wanna know how long a family meal takes. Must say they were really good biscuits though.

Came al the over from Louisville Portland west end, got there at 8:50pm and the lobby was closed. If you say you at 9pm, then wait til 9pm!!!
