Arrived at 11AM for a brunch time kolache. When asking what flavors were left (because the options looked very limited and unorganized) the cashier told me "well its Sunday morning. So whatever you see is it." Then continued to play on her phone, not even looking at me. Ive only been here a few times and it seems it will remain that way as this is how its been most times. If the place doesnt close until 2 and you are out of almost everything by 11, then why not restock half way through the day? Seems like poor planning.

Definitely worth checking out. Very interesting place. So lots of sweet ones, but it was the savory ones that made us crazy. Our recommendations are the hot polish (almost like a bagel dog but softer dough) and the jalepeno popper one (little balls...so delicious). We tried the cherry chocolate one, which was also tasty. I give it 5 for the awesome service, the overall taste of everything, and cleanliness of the dining area.

What is magical ball that makes my tongue smile? Is it a donut? No, it is a kolache. These wonderful warm doughy creatures come in a variety of flavors and I will eat every last one of them. We would get them more often if they werent quite so expensive. Plenty of seating inside and pretty quick service. I havent tried them for anything other than breakfast, but the lunch menu looks interesting.

Pretty straight forward, solid Kolaches. I felt that anything used for filling was pre made, came from a can, or already processed. Not that they claim anything different, but just trying to be informative. This doesnt mean anything inherently bad, but would love to find a place that makes everything from scratch. Definitely enjoyed it all, but could of course be better.

Just stumbled onto the kolache factory. I can say that I am happy that I did. Many different varieties to choose from and all of them taste fantastic! This is now my go to spot for breakfast.

Get the ranchero if you dont mind a little heat. Very filling. One or two will have you full until well after lunch. Italian chicken and jalepeno popper are good lunch options.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were there at 11:30 AM and the selection was very good. The food was most excellent :-) We will definitely be back when we are in Indy.

A kolache is like a warm, soft, slightly sweet dinner roll filled with fillings. We get them for breakfast at work sometimes. They are a better alternative to donuts.
