First of all the product is very tasty....however dont plan on getting more than just a couple at a time, if you are planning on getting a dozen or even more forget about it, unless you want them smashed on each other,,,even when you request a LARGE box to put them in you are questioned on HOW MANY you will be getting....at first I thought I was the only one but just today a lady in front of me was buying for several people including children and asked that her orders be split into bags,,,let me say that again....IN BAGS,,,and was given a hard time over this, the manager herself come around the corner and asked why all the bags??...REALLY does it matter?? the customer should have a right to have their order bagged or boxed without fear of the manager or employee giving them a HARD time ...We the customer are the ones that pay your wages, keep the lights on and keep you in business,,,,Think about this the next time you want to give us a hard time over getting a box.......ticked off in Salem..

Tasty treats, quick service. My favorites are the glazed donut holes. I could eat dozens...so delicious. My husband raves over the brownies (chocolate iced with the option of nuts if desired). Their sugar cookies have a hard glazed icing on them but the cookie itself is nice and soft. Cupcakes were ok but a little dry. Chocolate chip cookies there are also good but their best products are the donuts in my opinion.

I used to have a coworker that lived in Salem. She would bring myself and another coworker doughnuts from H&R every pay day Friday. She would always bring me an apple fritter. Occasionally she would bring me two. They were the best I have ever had. She retired and now all we do is talk about how we wish we had some delicious doughnuts from H&R.

May want to change your sign. It says that you guys open at midnight Monday. Which means you are supposed to be open all day Monday. 12 a.m is the next day. Change it to Tuesday at midnight. Dumb asses.
