Let me start by saying I worked at a Panera for 8 months, so my standards for this restaurant chain are high. I was disappointed because the lady that worked with me didnt know the proper cup to use for my iced latte. They go in a 20 oz cup because of the ice. I paid extra for the large which should have gone in the 32 oz cup yet that is not what I received. When I mentioned the mess up she said that she would have to charge me twice for that size cup, which would be true with a smoothie but were talking about the iced latte. When I pay extra I expect to at least get what I paid for. She then proceeded to ignore my toasted bagel until I waved her down and pointed out that it was still sitting in the toaster. Im not mad at the lady, she was obviously flustered for being called out and was only doing what I expect she was taught. This is more a note for the manager to make sure you train batistas on the correct sizes. The picture is of Paneras official nutritional information. If the regular is 20 oz then why did I pay extra to have a 20 oz cup?

Although the food was on par for Panera Bread, I was disappointed in the layout and service in this store. The layout of this store made it very difficult to view the menu with only a few people in line before us. Once I ordered and I paid, my change (coins, bills, and receipt) were all wadded up and practically thrown at me. It would have been nice to receive the loose change and then the bills separately. Maybe Panara Bread should work on training the employees some basic common curtesies.

Panera has yet to disappoint me. Their staff tends to every order and prepares orders to specificity. I just have one problem with them. Their cookies never seem to be done well enough. There are some cookies that lack crispy edges. I dont want to consume a product that has not been thoroughly cooked. To me. I believe preparing a dozen of well-done/crispier cookies would add more diversity and quality to the already excellent product.

Terrible service and staff not only could you tell nobody wanted to be working there they were rude while we were ordering it took 25 minutes to get two pick twos and people that ordered behind us got their food well before we did I wont be going here again and if you are short on time go to McAlister across the street we could have ordered and eaten before we got our food here

Panera is 100% clean food! That means no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Many people may say that the portion sizes are too small, but really they appropriate for what you should actually eat. The staff here are friendly and Panera has the nicest dine-in experience of any restaurant! If you want healthy food that is appropriately portioned choose Panera!

Really good, site wasnt working but they quickly took my order over the phone. So great! All the food was great. Messed up one sandwich of 5 tho it didnt have turkey on it, but called and they are fixing that too so great over all. Cant complain!!!!

Great fast and friendly service. Allowed a sandwich change up ..no problem. Encouraged me to join the Panera club which I intend to do. Good was awesomely delicious...especially the strawberry poppy seed salad. Made my day better.

Food is good. Service and order accuracy are abysmal! They have been on my boycott list for over a year now after 25 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive multiple substitutions and inaccurate items.

Its Panera, the cashier wasnt too familure with the menu. Went in at about 11 and was told they still didnt have any soup ready. Sadly I waited at least 8mins for a bagel with cream cheese.

This place is so dirty, expensive and very little portions. I quit going there because of these reasons. Clean your place up and serve larger portions if you are going to charge so much!

One of the all-around healthiest places to eat at in Kokomo. The bread bowls are delicious and you cant beat a breadbowl with soup, a side, and a large coke for under $8!
