This would be fantastic pizza, if it was thoroughly cooked! Utensil, napkin containers were empty and the under-cooked breadsticks came at same time time as the pizza, thus poor service. Has to ask for EVERYTHING at this work-a-raunt. The hand tossed pizza and red sauce is very good, when completely cooked. In late December, 2012 we dined-in and got a pizza that needed about 4 more minutes in the oven as the crust was gooey and raw in some places. Pizza has tasty cheese, but toppings are a bit skimpy. Ditto, as the on the late-arriving breadsticks were a bit raw. I really like their bradsticks, but on this day, I took them home and finished cooking them. Again, the red sauce with the breadsticks is very good! Ode to Hot Box: COOK YOUR PIZZA ! ! !

Stopped in for lunch today. To my surprise they were not busy. My custom buffalo pizza was amazing with the "Hippie" dough and the bread sticks were hot and fresh. Amy the manager was clearly busy with store work but she still went out of her way to make sure my dining experience was everything it should have been. This was a very pleasant lunch for me as I am used to getting below standard service from other establishments in this area. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend you go as well.

Love Hot Box Pizza and would get it delivered frequently. However, they must have updated their delivery routes. Now they will only deliver to our home until 2 in the afternoon. Very disappointed. Update: changed from 2 stars to 4. Evidentially there is a now a different location that delivers to us. It would have been helpful if the person on the phone had mentioned this. Still great pizza.

Constantly disappointing ... Claimed 15 mins and ends up being 45-50 this visit. 3rd time this has happened to me with one visit taking over 90 mins because they ran out of mushrooms and never told me until I went back up to check 3-4 times. Have never been refunded or them trying to lessen the blow, just a sorry we will try not to suck next time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Perhaps the worst pizza Ive ever had. The floor was very sticky and gross and the pizza was not ready when we were told it would be. I am planning on never having HotBox again in my life.
