My wife and I went to this location tonight. There were 5 people working, one who did nothing but stand at the oven, even when there were no pizzas in it, one who spent more time chatting with people after he had made their pizza, one who kept bouncing between stations, while not changing gloves after taking money and then making pizza, one who started making piizzas, but then left half way through one, and one that took forever to make pizzas. When we got there, there were less than 15 people in front of us, yet it took 25 minutes to get up to place our order. When we get up there, I ask for a Chicken BBQ pizza, to be told they are all out of chicken and have been all day. He stated this to us like we should have known they were out and that we wasted his time. There was not a note anywhere saying they were out of this item. Since its one of the few items my wife can have, due to food allergies, we had to skip the ordering and leave. This means we waited in line for 25 minutes for nothing. I have been to the Carmel location on many occasions. They are always much busier, but even with 5 people, they get orders made much faster than one per 2 minutes. There was no excuse for them not having a note about this, or taking so long to take orders and make pizzas. We will not be back to this location. Beyond it being slow, rude staff, and the apparent lack of caring, the tables were all very dirty and in need of cleaning.

Blaze pizza offers a fast and delicious pizza made to your specifications while you wait. Their list of potential ingredients is large, and includes a number of hard-to-find options such as basil and ovalini mozzarella, as well as all the traditional pizza toppings. You can watch your pizza being cooked in their oven, and the whole process from ordering to ready-to-eat usually takes less than 10 minutes! I eat here frequently for lunch at work, and often bring the family for dinner. Blaze has a nutritional info program available on their website, so calorie-counters can determine just how many calories per slice theyll be consuming with their individually chosen toppings. Using this, I managed to find an alternative to my "everything" pizza that still tasted great and cut the calories in half -- so it was very useful info for me. Their online ordering app is also great, automatically tracking your loyalty rewards earned for each pizza you buy, and making cashing in those rewards simple to do. You can save your favorite order and re-order it with a couple taps on your phone. In short, their price, convenience, and food quality are all great, and this is one of my very favorite lunch spots.

I have been to the blaze pizza in Carmel and loved my experience there, but when I came to the one in Indy, it was nothing like my original experience. The work ethic was very low with one girl dealing with the pizza in the ovens, doing the register, and even doing 20% of orders while there were 4 other workers just chuckling and walking in and out of the back door. I was waiting for 30 minutes for my pizza. Not very satisfying... Then today I come and there is a line almost out of the door which I assumed is because it is a Friday night but it was also, again, because of their poor work ethic. They have 6 people working today so if the work was split up properly, I wouldnt have been waiting in line for 30 minutes. When I finally get to the front the lady putting on toppings was doing a terrible job after consecutively asking her to put more on. She only put the cheese in the middle of the pizza... Then when I asked her for the next topping, she reached over and put her long hair in my pizza! I was so frusterated with how long the process had already taken so I didnt say anything but let me just say, I will not be coming back to this blaze pizza.

I got there and there was one person in front of me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get someone to take my order. There were 5 people working that day. They were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. I own restaurants and I know that customer service comes first. When you have a customer you put down what you are doing and help him. None of them did that. I wasted over 30 minutes in that restaurant and I was in a hurry that day. I wont come here again. I suggest the management talk to the workers about customer service skills. You never let a customer wait while you stand there and pretty much do absolutely nothing. I was super disappointed.

Despite the pizza being delicious, they got to work on their service as in amount of people. I just went to the Michigan Road branch and waited 25! minutes. And that was after the almost 10 minutes wait to get my name on that piece of paper. There were only 4 people working, the first person had to wait for the dough to be prepared and everything was just sooooo slow. It was only my second time there, the first time was when they just opened and then they had about 10 people working on pizzas. I dont know whether today was an exception but if it was not, I will not be going there again. They have to have more people!

We love the fast, made to order pizzas. They have a wide range of toppings. You can include as many of them as you like for the same price. The crusts have just the right amount of crisp. You can watch your pizza made in the fire oven while you wait. We go here frequently and seldom wait more then 10-15 minutes from the time we walk in the door till we have our pizzas. I love the warm gooey ovallini mozzarella cheese right as it comes out of the oven! The staff is pleasant and friendly.

I came in yesterday at the noon rush. I was amazed how friendly the staff were. It was refreshing that they use your name and talk to you as they work with your food. They took time to explain to me what is going on with the pizza, a business that seems to care about building a relationship with their customers. Id give the food high marks too. It would have been nice to have the option to ask for crispier crust, that is my only comment for improvement.

We went here the other night about 45 minutes before closing. The staff was okay. Kinda acted like they didnt know what they were doing. Major complaint. One of the staff had several friends waiting on her to get off work, they were acting a fool, screaming in the store, and making jokes about other customers. Some of the other staff seemed to be taken back by it but no one said anything. The store was kinda dirty but we didnt stay to eat we left.

The pizza is the best thing in the area, and at a very reasonable price for the quantity. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Ive made it a part of my routine to go once a week, and consistently the staff exudes an additude of hospitality and friendliness. There are a lot of other pizza places to choose from in the area, but none compare to the quality of food and customer interaction at Blaze.
