Great pizza and other food at a pretty good price. The location on Western Ave. has a patio. You can also sit at Pigeon Hill and order top shelf food. They offer a full bar with a handful of craft beers. They dont seem to rotate the selection very often, reason for 4 stars. Also, the service can be a little slow sometimes when they are busy, I think they are a little under staffed. This is fine by me because I am usually with friends and there to relax, not in a hurry. Do hot hesitate to try it out. They are plenty fast if you need lunch during the week. Usually very full on Friday and Saturday nights. If they are full, stop into Pigeon and try and find a spot, order food to go.

Wish I could review the food or anything about this establishment, however when we walked in at 9:15PM we were rudely told "Were closed" no further explanation. All three employees then turned their backs to us and went back to there far more important conversation. Oh yeah, all the lights were on and the doors unlocked. If your going claim to be open until 10PM you should maybe do that, or say well close whenever we feel like it and we dont like having customers that give us money. So with that, I hope you do well turning away people with money. It really does seem like a solid business plan.

We tried to go here at 9pm during the week. Their hours are posted as til 10pm. When we pulled up we could see through the window that three employees were hanging out around the bar. We walked in and they rudely told us they were closed now, waited til we walked out to the hallway between their entrance and Pigeon Hill Brewer to decide where to go instead and they shut the lights off, locked the doors and kept standing around the bar talking.

We have been to your location 3 times and the food is good but the service is very slow. It seems like they dont enjoy even working there. More training on customer service would be a good idea. Just a heads up.

Love the food but I agree with others the service is hit and miss at times usually wait a bit and checkbacks on us are almost never have to flag down or go to the bar for help at times.

Coming from Chicago we are picky about our Pizza and Top Shelf is just a little shy of being as good as what we had back there. By far one if the best pizzas in western Michigan.
