Over the last decade, this Cicis Pizza location has gone from fun and a good value to depressing and plain old bad. About 10 years ago when they first opened, this used to be one of our regular places to take our three young children. The quality of food and experience had gone downhill over the last number of years. Last time we tried it was probably 2 years ago in 2015. The manager ticked me off so much we left without eating. Since it had been a couple years, I thought we might as well give them another chance to see if anything has changed. Unfortunately, it changed for the worse. Back in the day, every guest used to get greeted with a hearty "Welcome to CiCis!" Based on our last visit, I think youre more likely to get an argument if you get any eye contact at all. One exception to that was the young man who was bussing the tables. He was polite and the only employee that I thought was doing a perfectly fine job. This may have been the first salad bar Ive ever seen with no cheese on it. When I asked a manager, I was told that they keep the cheese hidden because there was so much waste. She gave me a couple of small plastic containers of cheese. None of the pizza was good. The cinnamon rolls were okay and the brownies were also fine. But certainly not enough to make me want to come back for any of the food. The furniture, floor, fixtures, & decorations were all in need of replacement, repair or upgrade. Are all CiCis this bad?

terrible experience overall, I paid over 51.00 dollars for the dinner of 6 at 8:30 pm, on 5/27/17.the guy at the cash register complains as we walk in with his other co worker, stating that a tornado is outside and everyone wants come to cicis to eat. As we pay I ask to pay for family members behind me, he slams the 6 cups down and say "enjoy your food" in a terrible manner. Then trys to collect more money from family members after I already paid! We sit down and try to enjoy food, which was absolutely terrible, I would ask for refund if i hadnt been to this location plenty of times before with friendly staff and food which afterwards I left many good reviews, but this was the worst experience ever. Staff was rude, Food was awful, and we felt very unwelcomed. Need a new guy at cash register.

I was told by a lucas that wouldnt gimme his last name to leave when it was 8 and that they close at 9 and when asked to speak to manager i was told by him he is the manager clearly a lie im pretty sure they dont make 14 year old boys managers but either way then another guy walked up named austin was very polite and when i asked to see the manager he told me yea gimmie one second and walked to the back and then lucas said i needed to leave and hes in charge and i had no right to be here embarrsed in frotn of everyone i left i think its very sad kids like him can get away with stuff like that what a shame and when i called to talk the the manager randy and explained the situation he hung the phone up on me several times

Have ordered about 4 takeout times now from Cicis, once just by walking in and waiting for the take-out when they were extremely busy, and the other 3 by phoning ahead of time. For the price, its hard to beat!! And, even when busy they are courteous and efficient!! Usually get the "deep dish" which is only one size, but more than enough for one or two people!! Nice staff, friendly, and they always open the pizza box and show you what you have ordered to make sure it is ok!! Nice touch!! Will definitley go back many times to come!! Havent eaten "in house" just yet and tried their salads, but in time!! Looks like a family friendly pizza parlor, and fun for the kids!!!

Very sad to see this what used to be an awesome place to eat be like this now. The store is still very clean and the food is ok. We can definitely tell who ever is running the store is cutting every corner they can. The ranch is runny, the Alfredo sauce is runny, the pizza has little to no cheese, the cheesy bread has little drops of cheese, and the brownies has hardly any sugar, the broccoli is in huge chunks and the friendly service is gone and the manger talks down to his employees in front of customers. Please help this store get back to what it used to be!!

Everything they have on the buffet is either meat or cheese. Requested for them to put out a supreme or vegetarian pizza because there are several people I overheard complaining about the lack of choices and I cant have a lot of meat. They said thats not how this location operates. This request came after another woman specifically requested a pizza without pork that was put out on the buffet not even 10 minutes prior. Staff obviously needs to be re-trained in customer service.

Horrible service! Manager Chris is useless and does not care when there is a problem. Ordered a takeout pizza and got all the way home (30 mins away) and found out it was the wrong order. Management unwilling to do anything and basically blamed me for not checking the pizza before I left the store. Its not MY job to make sure my order is correct - its the staffs job!!! Will not be returning to this store.

I came in the today and it was amazeing the mangaer Joanne was so polite she was outstanding incredable service the staff was on point the cook was as fast as can be and the cutter had the pizza done in seconds it was clean and there was always pizza on standby if one came down 2 came up it was worth the 30 min drive by a long shot. 5 stars from me just WOW

I worked there and my FIRST day I saw a cockroach the size of my thumb. The back of the store is disgusting and FIFO does not apply here. The gm randy is a rude, arrogant man and didnt want to give me the hours that I had worked!! Honestly I would not recommend anyone to eat nor work here.

People are nice but the cleanliness is lacking. Bathroom was disgusting. Several tables were entirely out of whack and entirely unstable. One that Ive been to was pretty nice but Im extremely disappointed in the one at Mt juliet. Really ruins your image, Cicis.

Not as good as it used to be but yet prices have increased. Tomatoes and Caesar dressing have been taken off the salad bar. No "welcome to CiCi" upon entering. Seems to be a whole new crew. Pizza is still good. Bus boy was very courteous.

The choices have decreased in recent years, but they will still make whatever you ask for and the cinnamon apple pizza is the best. I pretty much come here for the dessert anyway, even thats worth the 5 bucks!

Was told only take out was available came in at 8:52 and it really bothers me that closing is more than an hour away and I was turned down, I drove for 20 mins too come here from my hotel Im high disappointed

Ive been here a few times now and the pizza is always fresh and the staff is always polite. If you want a certain type of pizza, just ask and theyll make it for you for free (if you purchased the buffet).
