This Chick-fil-A was extremely packed when we arrived, and is likely to always be that way since its right off of the interstate. Dont let the parking lot fool you though, theyve got the system down well, and we received are food extremely fast for how busy they were. Per usual at Chick-fil-A, the customer service was on point. The guy that brought our food out was extremely courtesy and chatted with us for a little bit. Later on another lady came buy and picked up our trash and got us refills. TIP: If you want a refill and the line is really long you can snag one of the employees walking around and they will gladly get one for you (...you just have to take your lid off).

Obviously they do not care about what their online ordering system says. I wanted to order the 8 oz sauces with my chicken order. It would only allow me to choose a total of two sauces on the catering menu. When I went i went to pick it up they said no it was not. I tried to explain what the system showed. The girl said you can have as many small sauces as you want. We needed the 8 oz sauces. They gave me a whole big bag of sauces. I guess customer service means more where I work than here!

Its Chick-Fil-A so you know the food is great and that goes true with this location as well. However, this was one of the dirtier locations Ive visited. The restrooms were dirty and cluttered with towels. The tables in the restaurant needed cleaning badly. We were on our way back to Nashville from Gulf Shores and arrived there at 2:30pm, they were busy, but they werent so busy that someone couldve wiped down tables and given the restrooms some attention.

I recently posted a 3 star review for the Chick-Fil-A on Ann street. However, this Prattville location just served the best breakfast Ive had in a long time. The chicken minis were perfect. The bread was soft and flavorful and the chicken was fresh. My hash rounds were also very good. This location always has friendly staff and handles a HUGE crowd in a timely manner.

Cant go wrong with Chic-fil-A. Always reliable food. A bit of a wait at the drive thru most days, especially around lunch time bc this is in a really popular area of town. Recently theyve also started offering more healthy options as well at CFA, like the new kale side and grilled chicken nuggets.

In the mornings, as Im on the way to school; I swing by Chik-fil-a and get either a chicken burrito or a sausage burrito. I know that the food is usually pretty great and tasty. I also get coffee from there, I like good coffee and sometimes I really enjoy their iced coffees

Same great food Ive found at every other location. This place was absolutely mobbed at lunch on a Friday, but the line inside moved quickly and in pretty sure we had our tray of food for three people in about 90 seconds after sitting at a table.

Great food and smiling faces along with the willingness to make you visit as pleasurable as possible is what makes chick-fil-a a great choice for any outing. Take the kids for ice cream and they have a play area for the younger ones.

This place is wonderful! The best service ever! I absolutely loved the elderly lady they have employed that comes around asking if you need anything and asked if you need refills on your drinks. Shes the best!

Great experience this morning. The employees were friendly and Ms. Pat was the sweetest lady Ive ever met. She refilled our drinks, was so polite to everyone. Shes a hard worker. They are lucky to have her!!

I have never been to a Chick-fil-A and had to wait ten minutes to get my order, and they werent busy. Not one person asked if they could help us. And the manager was no where in sight. Unhappy experience.

Great people, the food is always hot and fresh, and its always clean. Sometimes the parking lot gets crowded, but what chik fil a isnt?! They have an indoor playground for the kids which is nice as well!

Nice place to stop. Only problem we found is playground doesnt have an area for our 2.5 yr son. Hes too short to climb the stairs for the slides/crawl areas.
